True Food Kitchen - King of Prussia

True Food Kitchen was delicious as always. I had my favorite the Turkey Burger w/ kale salad. The staff at True Food Kitchen are very nice and friendly.

A+ experience all around. Booked a table for 5 same day 8pm reservation. Plenty of parking in a private lot. We were seated outside, offered either and the atmosphere out there is nice w covered eating area and lots of room. We had plant based eaters in our group and they were thrilled with their options. Shrimp tacos were OUTSTANDING, chicken wrap, salads and hummus we shared were all fresh and delicious. Friendly staff all around solid dining 10/10 recommend!

Food is on point every time. Servers are always friendly and attentive. Overall, my favorite place to eat. The outdoor seating is perfect!

Normally I love True Food but this visit was sub par. I ordered the same exact thing almost 2 weeks ago & it was amazing including quality & presentation. I like consistency when choosing my restaurants which is why I go to True Food & why I was so disappointed.

This was a first visit for three of our party of four. The menu selections were varied and it was hard to select just one item. We did split dumplings and a pizza which was perfect along with our entrees. no need for dessert. The watermelon mojitos were refreshing.

True Food Kitchen is a great restaurant with choices to please everyone. It’s a complete bonus that it is relatively healthy food!

Had outdoor covered seating with space heaters which made it very safe and comfortable. Great ambiance and food.

A nice find, especially if you're looking for very good and healthy options. Our server, Alex, was terrific. She paid us just the right amount of attention and was very knowledgeable about the menu.

I'm not the healthiest of eaters so I was a little worried about the fare here, but there were lots of options and it felt good not only eating goof food, but eating food that's goof for me. A place my wife and I will be back to for sure!

Our server was Great. Start off with Peaches & Bourbon cocktails. Def order the Edamame Dumplings & Edamame Guacamole. The Sautéed SeaBass a MUST!!!

True Food Kitchen in King of Prussia was very good as always. For a change I ordered the Grass Fed Burger instead of my usual Turkey Burger. It was delicious. The service was excellent. All of the True Food Kitchen staff are very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding service. Creative menu with a lot of varied options. We shared the edamame dumplings, which were light and a nice starter. The turkey burger was delicious, paired with the sweet potato mash. Dessert was so so, but that’s not the reason to visit. A great overall experience. The cocktails were wonderful!

Attractive space, friendly staff, intriguing menu. In our party of 6, there were 2 vegans, and the restaurant was chosen specifically because it had menu options for everyone. Appetizers (particularly the edamame dumplings) were great. Entrees were spotty -three got thumbs up, three (including disintegrating shrimp tacos with very mushy jicama slaw) were disappointing. Overall, we had fun, but I rate the meal as average.

My wife and I are plant-based and there were several options that were perfect. Our meals were well presented and were very good. Our server was exceptional!

Only recommendation would be to watch the fat/salt levels as some dishes were too high based on your nutritional information (thanks btw for sharing the nutritional data on your website!).

Overall a great experience, we will be returning!

Not a health food guy, but I took my daughter here for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the food. Tried the Grass-Fed Steak Tacos and they were excellent.

Our server was excellent. The only complaints I have are: 1 - that the tacos are only available with corn tortillas and those tend to have a strong flavor that interfere with the flavor of the filling. It would be great if flour tortillas are also available. 2 - we got the tuna lettuce wrap appetizer and it was definitely not lettuce wraps. Rather it was tuna and cilantro on top of relatively small pieces of lettuce. It was very good, but not as expected.

We wanted a birthday dinner with healthy food. Food was fresh and delicious, waitress and staff were responsive without hovering and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. Definitely plan to return.

We were seated first at an outside table that had ants. We were moved quickly but noticed other diners seated there later. After moving inside, service was good. Food was excellent. As a vegan, I appreciate the menu.

cute and clean atmosphere but a pretty open space so wouldn’t consider it intimate if you were going for that. server was sweet and drinks were really yummy. Love that they have so many vegan options, the pizza was great- especially the “ricotta”. 2 people in my party got the chicken panini but it was basically a quesadilla although they did enjoy it.

Another delicious lunch. The edamame dumplings were so good, but the lettuce for the tuna cups didn't work very well...what a mess to eat. See how pf changs does it a better way

Our meal at True Food Kitchen was good today. I had water to drink, Mom had the Watermelon Lemonade, which she enjoyed and Dad had the Dragon Fruit Limeade, which he liked. For the main course, Mon had her favorite, the Chopped Salad with medjool dates, dried cranberries, jicama, organic apples, manchego cheese, farro, marcona almonds, and was served with a champagne vinaigrette dressing. She loved it so much, she ate the whole thing! Dad had the Ancient Grains Bowl, without the cilantro pumpkin seed pesto. It had miso sesame glazed sweet potatoes, turmeric, charred onions, snap peas, grilled portobello mushrooms, avocados, and hemp seeds, He really enjoyed it! I had my favorite, the Grilled Chicken Parmesan which was chicken with summer vegetables, organic DiNapoli tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and herbs. For dessert, I ordered my favorite, the Flourless Chocolate Cake, which was served with caramel, vegan vanilla ice cream, and cacao nibs. It was yummy as always! Joel, the general manager, came over to our table to say hello. We ate outside, because it was a nice day. Thanks again for another nice meal True Food Kitchen, hope to see you all again soon!

Staff that brought us food and drinks were great. Main waitress was socializing with her friends the whole night. I had to flag down the other staff to get the bill and walked up to the bar to close out our bill because our waitress was chatting with her friends. However food and drinks wre great. Just bad luck with service.

We love the food here. So clean, healthy & vibrant...true feel good food. The wait staff is always kind & friendly. One of our top 5 places to eat out for sure.

Food was good, but music was loud and it was hard to have a conversation, even though it wasn’t crowded.
