Valentines dinner before a show at the performing arts center. Walking distance to the Marriott and the show. Service and ambience were great. We look forward to returning.

They are trying to be a gastro-pub but fell short in the execution. It was loud with little character, and the food was overpriced for what it was. Though ambitiously described, it was little more than average bar/cafeteria food. The beer selection was not varied, with the majority being IPAs, and the ABV percentages skewing high, of course. I know IPAs are à la moment right now but a lager or pilsner option would have been nice. The service was friendly and prompt, but couldn’t make up for the lack of ambiance and poor menus.

The food was amazing!! But the service was TERRIBLE. Nobody came to our table for a while and then never came back to check in on us after food was delivered. Never refilled drinks either. If the food wasn’t good i wouldn’t be returning, but now i know next time to sit at the bar.

We stood and waited for someone to approach the hostess stand for 5 minutes and wondered if we maybe were at wrong spot. Once seated, we waited at minimum 10 minutes for anyone to ask for a drink or food order. When the gentleman finally approached he asked for food and drink order, which is not normal at any other restaurant. He had no energy what so ever and seemed he was just there because he had to be. We had been wanting to try trophy for a while and were extremely disappointed in the outcome.
