   Pretty well met expectations, food was excellent, amazing wine list - and we were treated to some real discoveries! Even the weather was great, so a very memorable occasion indeed!!

   The meal was for a family celebration and Trivet gave us memorable evening. There were six of us and each of our dishes was beautifully cooked, interestingly different and delicious. The service was excellent - attentive without being over-bearing and the balance between formality and friendliness was just right. The restaurant itself is relaxed, unpretentious, and has a nice feel - tables are reasonably spread out and there's an open kitchen. Noise OK (could be quieter but not a problem). Cost for the six of us including wine (at the lower cost end of their wine menu) and everything else was around £1,100. Good value? Its not cheap but for such an enjoyable evening - a definite yes.

   The food was incredible, and the service second to none. It's not cheap, naturally. But if you are prepared to splash out, the food will blow you away.

   Dinner at Trivet was outstanding. From the welcoming gazpacho to the rhubarb dessert, the food was sublime. Both the venison and squab were prepared perfectly. Wine service was wonderful with a delightful recommendation for an old-world Italian red. Ambiance is also nice as we were able to talk over the table without problems hearing. Highly recommend Trivet.

   Never been made for feel more welcome in a restaurant from the moment we entered until the moment we shook Jonny’s hand as we left. Food was off the charts good for all courses. Wine list was astonishing. And service was probably the best we’ve ever had. Without question, the best meal we’ve had in the UK and we hope to go again.

   I love the La Bombe Mondays at Trivet. Service and food are less formal than during Trivet’s fine dining service but equally terrific. The food is creative and delicious and it is always fun to discuss the unique wines on offer with the knowledgeable servers (and with Isa). Because so many restaurants are closed on Monday evenings, La Bombe is an especially welcome option in the neighborhood. An absolute gem.

    Lunch at Trivet in Bermondsey was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable, and we had the honor of speaking with Chef Jonny Lake, whose passion for culinary innovation was evident. The dishes showcased refined simplicity and bold flavors, especially the Hot tongue bun on the lunch menu. Here reflecting the restaurant’s dedication to quality ingredients and expert preparation. Trivet’s modern yet inviting ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for this memorable meal. The combination of outstanding cuisine, exceptional service, and engaging conversation made for an unforgettable dining experience. We will be back for more!
