Beautiful estate full of art pieces from the owner and wonderful outdoor sitting area. Wines are pretty good and we got bottles for everyday drinking; nothing particularly outstanding though, but very enjoyable. Service is good, though I wish the hosts are more knowledgeable about wines and wine making; as it stands our host seems just reciting the back story of each wine and nothing more.

The speakeasy atmosphere was amazingly comforting with a feel of authenticity. Nick was a great host. He was enthusiastic, energetic and very knowledgeable about all spirits. Would definitely recommend Brixeur spirits tasting to everyone wishing an outing with a great experience.

What a great experience! The vineyard grounds were beautiful on our rainy day. The wine tastings were very pleasing to our palettes. However our experience was amazing due to Alice. Her personality, knowledge and a million dollar spirit with smile was the highlight of our visit. Thank you Alice for a great day!

The winery patio was the perfect spot to enjoy the flight of wine and charcuterie board. Alice was a delight! Super knowledgeable about the various wines and very friendly. Can't wait to enjoy the Nuit Blanche wine I purchased.

Nick is just the best. The gin is amazing! Wine club members, pay attention, slow down and read. Just because you have the wine club membership, this does not mean you get free tastings for the spirits! It is a separate tasting fee unless you are a member of Brixeur Spirits, of which you should totally join as they do a lot of cool things for those members ! It’s worth the price! Can’t wait to do it again.

Trisaetum to me is an outlier. To produce/create such an array of fine wines (Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Bod reds, Sparkling) and do it so well is a testament to the skills/creativity of James and his production team. The TR staff does such a great job in sharing the story/info and meeting the guests where they are. We and our guests (we are a tour company) love their spot on humor and gracious way. The spirits.. that's a whole other thing!

Jasmine was very accommodating We came to the conclusion that your glasses do not allow the wine to breath properly. We tried the same wines with the water glasses and felt the wine was better and allowed it to breath.

We sought to introduce a guest to her first wine tasting experience. Trisaetum makes a rose of pinot noir that is nice and that makes a good intro level wine for a first timer. The rose was lovely. Guest liked it. The communications before our visit with Alice were also great -- very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, a few downers: 1. They only offer all white, all red, or all sparkling flights. No combos. So, you can't experience their chardonnay if you are otherwise selecting pinot. When I asked if I could create my own tasting with some white to start and then some red, the answer was "No". Just "No". That was it. That seemed inflexible (and unnecessarily terse). 2. To address the above, I proceeded to order 2 extra flights so that we could all enjoy a combo of different varietals. After Jasmine noticed that I was drinking out of the water cup in order to address the sharing of the flights, she brought me an extra glass. 3. We had one guest who is not a big wine drinker. He asked if they had anything other than wine and water -- such as a cider, or beer, or whatever. Answer: "No". Nothing more, just "No". Again, unnecessarily terse. I find this lack of alternatives odd -- why not stock a refrigerator with unique non-wine offerings for those who want to join their friends, but who can't tolerate wine (tannins), are off booze, are just not wine fans. We've experienced a few wineries that do this and it is just so obvious and so welcoming. And, it would be pure profit on the mark-up. Super simple.

I brought my friend from the Netherlands to visit this winery. It was an amazing experience and we walked away with 2 favorites from the white wine flight tasting. The service and support from staff was excellent. The environment was beautiful...seeing an art gallery inside and the beautiful vista outside, was perfect! I will definitely continue to bring friends and visitors to this winery.

Trisaetum is fine and the wines are decent, but compared to the other spots we visited, the service and the overall vibe were lacking. The tasting room has lovely art, but it felt too sterile. There was no music playing and the staff seemed a little robotic. The cheese/charcuterie plate was quite good and their Riesling is quite lovely, but the remainder of the experience was C+ at best.

We first visited Brixeur and were delighted by the distiller and her knowledge. The Labyrinth Gin is amazing (and coming from a gin snob, that’s high praise). Citrusy and herbal, smooth and just right for sipping. We then visited the winery and had a wonderful tasting. Really recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Trisaetum Winery! The service was excellent and the wines were very good. Great wines, but we wish they had more Pinots. It is a beautiful location, very peaceful overlooking the vineyards. We didn’t realize that there were Spirits as well, and they were very accommodating letting us go to their amazing Spirits cottage and try those as well.
