   Very mediocre for the price. Very unsatisfied with dinner. Service was not great at all, I asked for water with no ice, and the water was literally warm/hot. Wine glasses were dólar store quality. Server brought appetizers and mains at the same time. Server was hard to get. Food was ok, but not great, specially for the money value. Ambience was more like an outdated hotel lobby. Very disappointed.

   We had a very enjoyable dinner. The food was delicious and the restaurant was nice and quiet. It’s the perfect ambiance for catching up with friends. Will definitely be back!

   Our server Johnson went above and beyond. We have never felt so special as a new couple. Thank you for a perfect valentines dinner.

   We were staying at the hotel, so the restaurant was very convenient. Ate both Dinner and Breakfast there. Servers were excellent. Food was well prepared and presented. Thank you.

   Trios Bistro consistently has great food and service. However I am frustrated that the hostess desk could not find my reservation when my brother checked in using the last name of the reservation. He was immediately seated therefore nothing to truly complain about. However I question using Open Table going forward if restaurants cannot locate the reservation.

   Overall a good experience. Lower ratings were mostly due to missing my meal totally. I had to ask about 10 minutes after everyone else was eating.
