Showed up at the restaurant for our reservation for the Easter brunch that they offered in their website. Upon arriving at the restaurant at our reservation time we were informed that the Easter brunch had been cancelled. We drove 1 1/2 hours to a cancelled brunch. We were never informed of the cancellation. Poor way to run a business! Not a dependable restaurant. Open Table doesn’t appear to be very reliable. Up to the day before the reservation I received emails asking to confirm that we’ll be there. Never again!

At night the restaurant is also the bar area, so it can be very loud and crowded... but you do get to people watch. More space between tables would be preferred. The service was great, food was fresh and good.

Great place for drinks and snacks, but not for dining. Food comes from upper level and is look warm when served in the entry hall. Some of the wait staff is dressed for yard work rather than serving.

Food was good overall. Overpriced for that type of environment, in my opinion. Not enough help~ BUGS ...yes BUGS in the cabernet!! Replaced the glass but didnt comp.

Very very limited lunch menu. Food was nothing special. Overpriced. The hotel is elegant and very beautiful, but the restaurant decor and ambiance is incredibly outdated and ugly.

Food was good overall. Strange that the restaurant is just open seating in the hotel lobby. Overpriced for that type of environment, in my opinion.

Made a reservation here and the actual restaurant is not even open, so you have to eat in the lobby. Was told that they don’t take reservations, even though I made a reservation. I waited 15 minutes without a server acknowledging that I was there & when I looked around there were multiple tables of people with menus, and no water waiting to be served. I left and walked to a real restaurant.

Shrimp and Grits were tasty and filling. Bread pudding was different texture then I was used to. It was still tasty.
