Took my wife for Mother's Day, unfortunately i believe they weren't expecting such a business as many items in menu were out. Fortunately what myself and wife wanted were still available. Very satisfied. Drinks were quite tasty as was the food. My wife's Chicken Parmesian was a very good size BUT I LOVE their sauce!! Reminded us of a place back home from the 80's that was so good!! Wish I remembered our waitress name and she was very helpful and pleasant despite the missing items and her long weekend of work! We Will return to see the Dualing Pianos for sure!!!

James the owner sent me a text the day before saying we would have our table for 2 hours and that we would have plenty of time to enjoy the buffet and entertainment. Our reservation was at 1:30 and the brunch was until 2:00. We walked in and about 2 minutes later the entertainment was over (which is one of the main reasons we booked being thah this was quite expensive at $40 a person). Then comes the food...it was all cold! It was terrible! Next, was the service...it was non-existent. I had to ask for silverware three times before I got any. We had to ask twice for napkins before we got them and we even had to ask for our bill several times. All of that is still not as bad as what happened when I decided to talk to the owner...I explained the situation to him about how disappointed I was about the entertainment and told him about the text I got and he went on to say that was a mistake and a generic text...but still he didn't care that I am spending all of this money expecting something I didn't receive. Then he went on to say that it said on Open Table that the show ended at 1:30. I told him I didn't see that (I even went back and checked and didn't see it) and then he continued to say "Let me get this straight...you didn't see that the show ends at 1:30 and now you are upset." I told him if a brunch goes until 2:00, then the entertainment should go until 2:00 and especially when you sent me a text saying we could enjoy it for 2 hours!! He then started yelling at me and getting super nasty and I told about the food and he rolled his eyes at me and threw his hands up in the air. He started saying "There is nothing I can do! I can't get them back to perform for you." This whole time I calmly told him I was disappointed and he kept yelling there is nothing he can do. Later he went and sat at the bar right next to us and complained about us to 4 different employees.
James ruined my Mother's Day and yelled at me in front of my kids. I have never been treated so poorly.

Spent a fantastic Mother's Day with 4 of our 7 children and we had an amazing time. The live piano music was my main reason for wanting to go. They played every tying from Elton John to Outcast!!! It wasn't a stuffy upscale atmosphere it was actually the best of both worlds. The dress code said business casual although there were some shorts but it wasn't a bad thing. There was a buffet that was manned and everything was delish!#

Food was great. Service seemed disorganized. Music was too loud for conversation. It was way too crowded for pandemic.

Thought it would be more lively (dueling piano normal) but it was more like a restaurant that had a couple people playing songs and soliciting tips. Food was fine but paid way too much for “just a brunch” that we could have gotten anywhere.

The restaurant was a fun environment and very open and airy. We only went for dinner and did not participate in the dueling piano experience (which we will do on the next visit).

Service was good (if not a little bit slow, even on a relatively slow evening). The food was good but not great. I had a filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly but the portion size was very small. My food didn't all come out together (vegetables were delivered separately approximately 10 minutes later and they were screaming hot (which means the cook forgot them the first time)). The other meals we good as well. Overall I give the food quality/portions a 3. Drinks (Martini, margarita and beer) were good (although Margarita is test of a bartender ability and this one was pretty weak). Would definitely try the place again and I would bet the dueling piano experience is excellent.

Had high hopes and in respect to the dualing Pianos, that was fun, but it should start earlier such as 8 vs 9. Service was poor. It took a long time for our server to come to us and then a really long time to get our drinks. Our meal then seemed rushed out while the table next to us order before us and did not have their meal 30m after we got our. They decided to leave. The namesake drink had so much chocolates bitters that is all that I could taste and was a slim poor. Food was mediocre. This place will have to get better if it wants to do well. They were out of what I wanted to order.

Had a blast! The first margarita I had was seriously amazing. The second not so. It was sickenly sweet and had a hard time finishing it. Waitress did offer to switch it but that’s ok. I never return anything. The night was so much fun and pianist singers were really entertaining. I can’t wait to go back. Don’t let one little down drink kill it. It was great!

The atmosphere and the service was good. The drinks were average but good. The beers are small. The biggest issue for me was the food. We ordered two appetizers the French onion soup was good but the calamari was previously frozen and you could tell with the rubbery texture that was a letdown. My wife liked her dinner which was shrimp Alfredo pasta. Her dinner looked better than mine the veal Marsala. The Marsala sauce was good but the veal cutlet was lacking quality. Sides are a bit bland so you need salt and pepper. The menu has a lot of Italian fare so it’s disappointing there isn’t a risotto offering of some kind.

We went to celebrate a birthday for the dueling piano bar seating (Friday and Saturday nights) first time going and the atmosphere was really nice. Tables nicely spaced and overall a good time. Food selection was good, and everyone in my party seemed to like their food.
The only thing I would point out is songs the pianist play are not geared towards newer songs. Some of the songs my party requested could not played since they didn’t know it... after we already tipped them to play our song. I don’t mind tipping and it was good time. But it seems like that is how it worked the higher you paid the likelihood your song will get played unless they don’t know you song and then you just tipped to be nice.

But overall it was good food, something different to do the birthday person had a good time!

The entertainment was great. I was nice to place that has live music. The appetizers were good but the dinners not so much. I had the grouper which had good flavor but was lukewarm at best. My wife had grilled chicken that was chewy and had no flavor. My friend had the prime rib that was fatty and no seasoning. I think next time we will go closer to 9pm and just order drinks and appetizers. The service was great.

So this is my 3rd time here and 3rd review. This time the food was better, and they actually had what we ordered. But the service is so freaking slow! Always! Takes forever just to get drinks started. It’s not the waitresses fault that I can see, it’s poorly managed and they need to have enough staff both at the bar and on the floor. Unfortunately this time Scott was not there on piano and the one guy is not very good at all. The guy who filled in for
Scott had lots of energy so it would be cool to see him back with Scott, or better yet have a female there with Scott. I wish the service was better.

Great Place!! My wife and I had a nice dinner there on a quiet Tuesday night around 5:30 pm.

The food and service was great and the prices were very reasonable.

We both asked for additions or substitutions with our meals and they were so accommodating.

We were visiting the area and had never been before but if we get back to Wesley Chapel we'll certainly go back!!

My first experience a couple of weeks ago was fantastic. The music was wonderful and the food was really good. The service was slow but we were there for hours so it all worked out in the end. This past Friday was something very different. The service was still completely slow but she was doing the best she could. She told us that there were only two bartenders so drinks would be slower. It took almost 10 minutes to even get anyone over to take our drink orders. This time the food was not as good. I ordered the same thing I got last time, the ribeye and mashed potatoes with the brussel sprouts. The steak was not very hot and it was the most chewy ribeye I have ever eaten, and I eat that regularly. They were out of mashed potatoes so I ended up with a salad instead ultimately. They were out of sweet tea. We were told that there had been a chamber of commerce meeting there earlier in the day and they were out of a lot of things, even some alcohols including what was needed to make one of their signature drinks my friend wanted. The music was good. Scott is great but the other guy playing that night was not as good.

I’m sure we will go back but probably not rushing back this time. If they are going to host events then they should order extra for that event. Also, we were told that the owner isn’t open to suggestions by the staff. That should never be. He should want the input of his staff to run a successful restaurant. That’s my two cents.
