Friday and Saturday 11am-10pm
We always sit up at the bar in front of the kitchen. We get great service and watch the chefs do their thing, and they love to interact with the guests. Food is superb, wine is tasty, service is solid. It is pricey, but worth it.
Beautiful restaurant! The food is delicious, and we loved the bread. Great for an anniversary or just a date night!
We were celebrating our anniversary. The waiter acknowledge it several times and offered us champagne. There was a wedding party behind a curtain right by our table. That was the only disappointment of the night.
Great food and fantastic service. Highly recommend this Italian restaurant on the outskirts of Austin. Worth the drive.
Chief’s sea food cod special was excellent. The service was excellent.
We came for a birthday party for my family who came over here 5 years ago to get married and had their wedding meal with you. They came back to re experience the day. They are more than happy with the table, the food and the couldn't get over how wonderful out waiter was. He catered to all our needs, didn't intrude and was available for everything we needed. Well done and thank you. I come here occasionally too and have always been very happy with everything about the place. Thank you again for such a wonderful evening.
We have been customers of this beautiful spot ever since our son was enrolled in Texas State. We are from a ranch in South Texas that had been established back before Texas was Texas, in 1834!
This is really the only eating establishment that we visit, and we live 150 miles away,...so when we come it is always a treat!
We have recommended this place to many of our friends and family, and will continue to do so.
We hope for the continued success of this piece of Italy.
I don't know what your curriculum for training your employees, but the 'customer care' effort is one that has proven to make this a true Texas Star. Your employees truly take ownership of their work and they take it very seriously to insure everyone who comes in your doors is made to feel as if they are the 'guest of honor'.
Thank you again for your efforts and God Bless you!

We have been eating at Trattoria Lisina for years and they never disappoint us. It is an Italian themed restaurant. The food is consistently good. The specials are unique. I had the Coral Cod special when I went and it was fabulous. It had a Louisiana-inpired seafood sauce on it and it was great. Everything I have ever ordered has been great. The service is consistently good. I highly recommend Trattoria Lisina in Driftwood. It is worth the drive.
We had eaten here several years ago. The restaurant is beautiful in a lovely setting. Service was excellent and all the food was wonderful. We will definitely come back soon.
Food and service were exceptional.Teghan were very attentive and friendly.
Very friendly and attentive staff, and the meal was fantastic.
Staff were excellent. have been here many times and never disappointed.
Food, atmosphere, service--All were spectacular. Especially enjoyed the prawns and the osso bucco. I would absolutely and unqualifiedly recommend this restaurant to anybody!!!
Spent the night at Trattoria Lisina for my girlfriends 22nd birthday and it was a spectacular evening. Everyone was accommodating and everything was well prepared when we showed up for our reservation. Beautiful scenery, ambiance was authentic, and of course the food was excellent. I asked for a romantic seat next to the window and they did us one better by putting a table cloth down with a lit candle to set the lighting. We got the privilege of sitting next to the owner of the restaurant as well and he even seemed to enhance the atmosphere by sharing a few kind words with us and everyone surrounding his table. Truly a fantastic place to share a delicate evening or enjoy some delicious authentic Italian food and wine.
The lamb was very grizzly and tough this time. Sauce was excellent. Missed the duck being on the menu.
More seafood please.
Celebrated our anniversary with family there. Great food and ambiance. We loved it.
A nice country atmosphere with welcoming Italian ambience. excellent food, attentive service, good value. Worth a drive from Austin or San Antonio.
Trattoria Lisina was great as always. The service is very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I went there on Sunday, which was our wedding night. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere and service were totally worth the drive out there! We will be there again.
Disappointing. Impressive venue, good service, steak was prepared well but other dishes were bland, particularly the Osso Buco.
Matt and his staff never fail to satisfy. This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food and beverages and equally enjoyable staff.
Pretty restaurant & beautiful views but the food was just "good." Caeser salad had way too much dressing and some of the lettuce was wilted and didn't look all too fresh. Lasagna looked pretty but the flavor of the sauce was not my favorite. Wine was good. Cheese ravioli was really good. Now that I have been here once, I don't necessarily need to come back. Will stick with my favorite local, family owned Italian joint for more authentic food and better prices.
Only drawback was that brick oven was not working and our little guest was disappointed. They were also out of the gorganzola butter sauce for our meal. Overall the food was great as always.
Excellent as usual! We ordered a light meal for a change, the pizza was delicious and the arugula topping perfectly dressed.
Noted in open table it was a birthday but no one acknowledged at the Restaurant until the very end after we paid and they asked.
Always excellent food - lasagna is my favorite - very thin noodles and the filling stays inbetween the layers when cutting it with a fork.
We had a great time. The food was great and they were willing to split dishes so we could share our meals in an almost family style way. The wait staff was attentive, but not overboard and the sommelier helped pick out great wine pairings for our meal.
Always great to come here. Best place in the Texas Hill Country.
Wife and I went for our 49th wedding anniversary. They provided a table in a corner that was in a less noisy area. Seated us quickly. Service & food were excellent. We love this place. Great atmosphere and overall setting.
Wonderful osso buco, but I missed the mashed potatoes.
Second time here and recommend it 101%, will be back
I have been here multiple times over the years and this place remains constant in great food, wine and service.
One of my favorite places to take/meet friends.
People from out of town visiting
Always the best. Tagen was our server and she was amazing! Tim, Spence and Clint were their usual fantastic selves, greeting us when we walked in, and recommending fantastic wines!
Thank you dinner for a friend. Food was good. Service good. It was noisy since we were near the kitchen. I would have preferred being seated nearer to the window.
Fantastic food with a fantastic setting. Teghan was our waitress and was awesome! Thanks for everything.
This is the second time I have been to Trattoria Lisina. Each experience has been exceptional. This last time my husband and I were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and the staff went out of their way to drape our table with a white table cloth and candles. It made us feel very special.
My husband and I had our reception here 3 years ago and returned for our anniversary. Everything was splendid.
Trattoria Lisina is family favorite, and certainly worth the drive from anywhere in Hill Country. The fare can be as casual or as sophisticated as you want. Charming wine list that doesn’t make it overly complicated, and the Mandola wines are a great bargain. Bring the kids and let them play on the expansive playground / park, while mom and dad enjoy a the scenery (and cocktails!).
We will be back, often!
Amazing food and ambiance!
Can’t wait to bring the whole family!
