After 18 months building construction, Pino's Trattoria comes back in town with a new business name "Trattoria 360". We offer new dinner selections with full bar and extensive wine list. You'll find attention to detail and the highest quality in all of our signature dishes.
The outdoor seating is excellent.
Pinot and his wife have brought amazing Italian food to the south bay! Every dish we have tried has been spot on and the service is attentive and friendly. I am a lover of Italian food and this is my favorite place for a romantic date night.
Really good food. Our waiter really knew the menu and took the time to explain the items on Valentine's Day, one of their busiest days of the year. A friend of mine didn't know what certain things were on the menu and our waiter explained each ingredient that was in the dishes that my friend was debating on.
Everything about our experience at Trattoria 360 was amazing. I made Valentine’s Day reservations a couple months in advance and it was well worth it. Our waiter was top notch and extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu from entrees and desserts to every single wine.
I have never had better burrata in my life and the seafood risotto (I forget the exact name) was perfectly cooked and the seafood all tasted fresh. The filet mignon and lamb chops were excellent as well. Finally we finished the meal off with their Valentine’s Day dessert special which was creme brulee topped with chocolate cake, topped with chocolate mousse, topped with white chocolate, topped with milk chocolate, and finally finished off with edible glitter and shaped into a heart. It was as crazy and it sounds but it was fantastic and you could taste every layer.
The bill for the two of us ended up being slightly more than $200 including tax and tip, but we also went all out and got an appetizer (burratta), one of the most expensive pasta/starter dishes (seafood risotto), two of the most expensive entrees (filet mignon and lamb chops), a dessert, and a couple drinks, so a couple could easily eat for about $50 per person or less and still have a solid meal (the portions are pretty good for a higher-end Italian restaurant).
Overall I would recommend Trattoria 360 to anyone who is planning a nice date night or wants a fantastic Italian meal. I honestly can’t think of a single part of the experience that needs improvement. This might be my new favorite restaurant and I’m looking forward to the next time I’m able to visit!
Incredible food, incredible service. Not much more you can say. The owner Pino is by far the finest host of any restaurant I've ever been in. He created a warm welcoming environment every time we have eaten there.
Fantastic food, great recommendations, not a lot of tables outside which makes it cozy and romantic along with plenty of heat lamps. So very happy we found this place and will definitely return! Thank you Nick for taking care of us and being a very enjoyable host to us. We will be visiting you again.
We went for a Valentine’s celebration and everything was Perfect! The food prepared expertly and very delicious, our wait staff Lovely! (Attentive but no hovering). The wine so Amazing! The owner kindly spoke with us. We will return—a new favorite place for us. I highly recommend you try Trattoria 360...a memorable meal and experience.
The service was absolutely the best. Our waitress was from Australia and was both very personable and efficient. The food was good to excellent, esp. the dessert. One star off for the noise level . . . when they redid the place they should have put some baffles on the ceiling, total echo chamber. Next time we'll eat outside. We'll definitely come back.
We enjoyed an early Valentine's Day celebration at the restaurant. We found the seating to be rather tight. It may not be the best place for a disabled guest using a mobility device. The service was pleasant. We brought a special bottle of wine with us and found the corkage fee to be $25. That's a bit high for the venue but we were happy with our choice. The TAGLIOLINI NERI ALL’ARAGOSTA ($36.00)
Squid Ink Tagliolini with lobster tail in brandy & tomato cream sauce was absolutely delicious. I was envious of my husband's selection as my special entre of lamb styled as Ossobuco ($39.00) was not as praiseworthy. It was rather tough and did not have as nuanced a flavor spectrum. I think that our next visit will focus on the hand made pasta that they are known for. Overall, we felt moderate about our dining experience and will give the restaurant another visit to explore their menu.
The food was amazing, the wine was delicious, the atmosphere wonderful, and the entire service staff was attentive and friendly. I will gladly go back.
Very nice atmosphere, great food, service and chef Tino is great. He always comes after and ask how was everything👍👍👍
I am Italian, born and grown up in Italy (Milano). So I am very picky about Italian food and rarely go to Italian restaurants in this country for this reason. Trattoria 360 caught my attention when I looked at the menu and decided to try it. I wasn’t disappointed. The mussels ( Cozze al Pepe) were awesome and really fresh. The carpaccio was exactly as you would find it in Italy: freshly sliced beef with good olive oil, arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese. All the dishes were well prepared, tasty and the pasta is fresh and hand-made at the restaurant. Presentation is also elegant. Desserts like Tiramisu and Panna cotta were made to perfection and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great home made limoncello at the end of the meal: highly recommended. Service was great and attentive and the owner Pino is very involved in making sure all the customers are enjoying their food. I had a chance to converse with him and I was impressed by his passion and how proud he is to serve good, well prepared authentic Italian food. Highly recommended. Will be back again for sure.
This place just keeps getting better with each iteration. The food is excellent, being all homemade in house with wonderfully fresh and local ingredients. A nice wine list accompanies the meals. Outside and inside seating is wonderful!
My only thing is I need to school the bartender on old-fashioned making! Then we are in business!
The food is very tasty. Love their in house made pasta, texture is awesome. And our waitress, Rebecca (sp?), she’s soooo nice! We had a little trouble with our toddler and she made it all better. We definitely recommend coming here to anyone.
This was our first visit and the experience was very nice. We were celebrating our anniversary, and were treated very well. Waitress was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We couldn’t decide on appetizers, so ordered mussels, eggplant rolls, and the pulpito. Everything was delicious. They brought my wife a nice desert. We were sorry not to order a main course, but we will return and share, as what we saw brought out was beautiful.
Food and service were exceptional. Appetizers, salads and entrees were appropriately spaced. Portions were ample. Prices were very reasonable. Only negative was the noise level. Overall, one of our best dining experiences in recent years. Will definitely return.
For pasta $28, it didn’t deserve the value. The pasta was “al dente” but the truth was it was too raw and hard. Waiter handled this well but the second time it was still “al dente”. The taste was also on salty side. Anyway, make sure you tell the waiter what you like with your pasta if you want to make it on the soft side.
We went to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and it was lovely place and the food was very delicious
Warm and friendly staff, engaged owner serving delicious food -
Not one complaint. Everything was delicious and service was amazing! We sat outside and it was lovely with the heaters.
We’ve been searching for a place to call our own, with good food and service and something that feels more than a casual night out but still comfortable and not too uptight. This is it. The service was Awesome. Nick was very professional, kind and took great care of us newbies. They make fresh pasta everyday. So I was very interested in trying different things out. Every bite was flavorful. They surpassed our expectations. Salads were light and perfectly dressed. Portions were just the right size. We didn’t try any of their wines that day but the food is rich and flavorful and begs to have a good glass of wine. Next time. Coz there will be a next time pretty soon!
Good food. On the rich side. The pasta was excellent. Very good service. Somewhat pricey but within expectations.
The salmon dinner was over the top delicious and we forgot to take pictures of the presentation so have to go back! The filet special was another outstanding dinner. Not enough words to describe the amazing asparagus soup.
We sit at the counter because the bartender is funny, friendly, and makes a mean martini. Can't wait for our next visit.
I have enjoyed this restaurant on many occasions. And every time the food is fantastic, the service outstanding. Pina delivers every time and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a great Italian food experience. Everything on the menu is great.
I posted once before about T-360, and my recent visit was just as good as my initial visit, which rarely can I say about a restaurant. There's something special about your first taste. All I can say is the pasta dishes are just out of this world, especially the tagliano (maybe misspelled). The sauce is TDF!
Dining at Tratoria 360 was a wonderful experience. The food was great, the waiter attentive and the atmosphere happy. The owner, Pino had enough time to say hello but was busy in the kitchen. It was a very good evening, and I will go back
The absolute best in the area! You won’t regret it!!
Food is good but expensive
The best italian restaurant I’ve ever had. Much much better than Madeo in Beverl Hills. The ambience + the service + the food + the quality = fantastic!!! Can’t wait to go back! ❤️ The squid ink pasta is sooooo delish!👌
Outstanding food and environment. Owner made us feel like family and staff was outstanding
When we went in, we recognized the owner from another restaurant he used to own some years ago called Bellagio. He is Italian and really a great guy. We had a nice visit with him. He works really hard so it’s nice to see him doing well. The food is great but pricey.
Excellent as always. I had the special entree - blackened scallops and prawns over risotto. It was wonderful and this dish should be on the regular menu!
Owner and staff were welcoming and attentive. Makes you feel as if you were part of the family.
Food was great as always especially the sea bass which had a delicate crunch on the outside and super moist and tender in the inside. I had the carbonara pasta which was great. Wines were also very reasonable.
Best Italian restaurant in San Jose. Food and ambiance is impeccable.
We love Trattoria 360, the best Italian food, always fresh and high quality food. The seafood pasta was amazing and the salmon was cooked perfect. The Lobster bisque is a must try! The mussels appetizer will be the best you have ever had, so plump and fresh. The bread is made on site and is delicious. Wonderful service and full bar.
Wow. Everything is made from scratch daily - Pasta, Bread, and Dessert. Our waiter Nick was a rare find - he's incredible. We overheard the table behind us asking for some hot fudge off-menu, but the dessert came sans hot fudge as the kitchen could not find any, they put some extras on to make up for it. Nick went down into the cellar and found hot fudge! He even did this for our table when my daughter asked for Milk at the start of our meal. It took the kitchen awhile to bring the milk and we didn't think much of it, but we later found out they ran out and Nick called a friend at a pizzeria a block away and got a gallon of milk from them. I don't know what more to say regarding their service - personal, friendly, passionate, local, and super community focused.
But what about the food?? We ordered Mediterranean Mussels which were enormous and in a divine white wine marina sauce that we finished by dipping all of our bread into - it was delicious. We also tried the truffle oil asparagus polenta cheese appetizer. Unique and delicious - a hit with everyone. The wine selection was excellent and all reasonably priced. We had a delicious bottle of Niner Pinot Noir. For our main courses we all decided to eat family style and order three main courses: Branzino (whole Mediterranean Sea Bass), Wagyu New York Strip Steak, and a Rib Eye Steak mushroom and onion Pasta. The Branzino was the star, it was seasoned perfectly and filleted - almost all of the work done for us. The pasta was amazing, but light on meat, and the New York strip steak was ok but I would try another cut.
Dessert? Of course we had to sample the home made Tiramisu and the Molten Chocolate Lava cake - yeah they were both amazing, but the Tiramisu was especially delicious after that huge meal.
We will be back, we will absolutely ask for Nick. The seating outside is super attentive and warm and adds 6 extra tables to the main dining room. There is one bathroom. Enjoy!
We had a great dinner. The specials were very very good.
Great spot and excelllent meals. A llittle noisy due to closeness of tables.
Parking can be a challenge but that's true of all the restaurants in downtown Cambell.
Best pasta ever!!! Squid ink and lobster. The prime rib special was decent.
