They were out of many basic items, salad, beer. Brought the wrong order, never checked on anyone in the party.

Very rude waiter, was shocked when I asked for extra plates and cutlery for a shareable appetizer for the two people dining, and made a rude remark for no reason. Good food, unnecessarily rude service.

The food was very nice. It's just so damn expensive - not necessarily the restaurants's fault. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and kind. I had an excellent cacio e pepe.

Our waiter and waitress were amazing. They made our experience wonderful and appreciated how accommodating they were. I think I lost my gold wedding band that fell off my hand while at dinner. I will call back tomorrow but if anyone found it— it’s very meaningful as my husband just purchased me a new band after 8 years of us saving up for it. Thank you

Monday night . Sat down , we’re then told they had no head so couldn’t do a third of the menu . ( they do things served in a bread pocket ) Asked if the filings could be served without bread , told yes , then when we tried to order they said no ! Hopeless

Stopped in after the Tenement Museum. Cute little spot but poor seating options if you are more than 2 people ( we were 3). One option was in front of the door which we declined. The 3 of us squeezed into a table of 2. Split the rice balls which were very good. Cacio e Pepe was good and pasta ragu also good . I had the eggplant tripazzino which was tasty. The server was sweet but totally inattentive. Not a bad experience, just underwhelming.

Food was delicious. Loved the various trapizzinis. Oxtail was superb. Great soup and cappuccino.

I love Trapizzino. However our server experience was poor. They didn’t check on us and we had to remind them several times about our entrees. One of the very good servers offered us a round of shots as a gesture, which we appreciated. Otherwise wonderful spot and I plan to return.

Great food and great service! Went here for my birthday and it exceeded our expectations! The pasta and pizza pockets were unique and delicious!
