   Dinner was delicious. Waiters were very polite and helpful. Spoke good English. Their signature drink was so refreshing that I could barely put it down. The complimentary warm bread basket with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was very enjoyable. Service was quick to receive your main course. My favourite part of any any dining experience is dessert. I definitely was not disappointed with table side Tiramisu that I shared with my husband. Overall re truly enjoyed ourselves at Tramonto and I would go back if time permitted as the menu had many more options that caught my eye.

   Mal servicio, no levantan platos sucios, olvidaron bebidas, muy tardado en general, para lo que cuesta se esperaría mucho más.

   I felt terrible for the server because he was wonderful and the food was deplorable. Lasagna tasted like chef boyardee, seafood risotto not fully cooked.

   I love eating at Tramonto! The food is delicious as is the service. Last night it was very loud with large parties but they moved our table to a quieter place so we were very happy.

   Service was non existent - unless you count the time the server spilled balsamic vinegar on my dress. Finally took our order and delivered cold food, never checked to see how things were (which we would have told him it wasn't great) until he asked if we wanted dessert. Paid our check and left. Most underwhelming and overpriced.

   Great authentic Italian food, everything was fresh and tasty! you do pay resort prices but a good meal nonetheless .

   We ate at Tramonto at Vidanta Riveria Maya and loved it. We ate at Tramonto at Vidanta Nuevo Vidanta and were very disappointed. Service was terrible. We were seated outside where kids and parents walked by frequently being quite noisy. there was nothing on the walls; inside we could see chandeliers in disrepair with not much we'd call "art" on the walls. Food was good, but definitely not the quality we had in Riviera Maya. Our server seemed more interested in setting other tables and waiting on other tables. Our food took a very long time to arrive at our table.

   La comida es buena sin embargo considero el lugar ya necesita una remodelación ya que se ve desgastado el ambiente. Es importante enfatizar que un restaurante es una experiencia tanto del gusto como el de la vista

    We went to the restaurant three times during our stay and each time the dinner, ambience and service were excellent. Our waiter Richardo (?) we had twice and he was very attentive! Our favourite restaurant in the Vidanta complex!
