Nuevo Vallarta Restaurants

This is a must-eat when in Bucerías. Would give six stars if I could. This wasn’t just dinner - it was an experience!

The service & food were 10/10. The restaurant is essentially open air, making it hot and stuffy. We got seated next to the main door and the staff brought in fans to help cool our group. Highly advise getting a space next to doors or windows to get some air.

Fabulous atmosphere. Great service. Definitely a place to return to.

By far the best service I've ever received, coming from someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. I took my 2.5-year-old baby (yes, terrible twos!), and not only did they ensure the ambiance was suitable, they also ensured she was pampered by proactively tailoring her needs, like bringing her food before anything else, proactively bringing her easy-to-use chopsticks, and putting her drink in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. The food was superb; we celebrated Mother's Day, and my wife loves Japanese food. I'm not a big fan, but omg, everything was delicious. We're definitely coming back once my baby girl is 3 years old to use the kids' area.
