Our mission for Trago is to provide an eclectic, fun and upscale, but not pretentious, bar where people can mingle and socialize while experiencing custom cocktails and tastings, as well as unique and delicious, shareable foods (tapas).

Our vision of Trago is a place to meet your friends and co-workers to drink, eat, and listen to great music, a date night where you can sit in the lounge area and forget about the stresses of the day, or a girls night out sharing a pitcher of sangria. It's a vision of sharing, community, socializing, and energy.

Had a great date night at Trago's. The food was delicious and they had a really great musician (Amanda Hughey I believe). Would certainly recommend.

Let me start by saying the waitress apologized upfront that they were short very staffed so the food may take awhile or the service may be slow since the place was packed. I thought that was very sweet and professional for her but as a business owner myself, I get it. I would be shocked by ANY business that has enough staff at this point. So we absolutely loved the food, we tried so many different tapas plates. Loved the puffy tacos, the braised beef short ribs fell off the bone, the tostados were very good, the avocado loco was amazing, I can't rave enough. I had never eaten here but I can't wait to go back!!! Oh and back to the staff... they were amazing too. We actually enjoyed the small wait in between the plates. It gave us time to visit with our friends (who came to visit from out-of-town). It made dinner feel leisurely and relaxed. The do have live music, but we didn't stay for that. We will next time for sure. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
