Bread was fresh which made the sandwiches taste great! Very accommodating hostess, warmed our scones, The hostess checked in on us often to make sure our tea was still ok. A lovely selection of sweets !

Tracy Cakes is a hidden gem. The Demi high tea is such a great value and fun treat. The amount of food is generous : sandwiches, large scones, cookies, baby cakes and more. You also get tea refills , and they accommodate dietary restrictions. We love to go for a birthday celebration, and always take baby cakes to go. The lovely little heritage house is the perfect vibe for a lovely tea party!

Such a great spot for high tea and a visit. The staff were so nice and very helpful. I’ve been here a few times for high tea and several times for a cupcake fix. Highly recommend!

Great place for high tea. The food is very good and the selection of tea as well. It was quite noisy as we were sitting at a table for two between two tables of four. I will be back You won’t go wrong coming here for high tea.

Baked goods were great but the sandwiches for the afternoon tea were not as expected - soggy and cold.

Mother’s Day Disappointment I was really looking forward to celebrating Mother’s Day at Tracycakes. I had heard great things and was excited to treat my mom, who’s currently undergoing chemo, to a special outing. Getting her out of the house isn’t easy these days, so this meant a lot to us. Although we arrived a little late due to parking and helping my mom and nieces inside first, we were initially greeted politely. However, as the visit went on, the atmosphere changed. Toward the end of our reservation, a staff member told us we had 10 minutes left, which we understood. But shortly after, another staff member came by and rather abruptly told us they needed the table. We felt rushed, especially compared to other tables around us who didn’t seem to be getting the same treatment. Then, a woman came over to my friend and very curtly asked her to take a photo of their team. Her tone was unfriendly, and my friend had to ask several times if she was actually being asked to take the photo. Later, when we were outside taking family photos, the same woman apparently told my friend to move, and again, it didn’t come across as respectful. What really bothered us was how uncomfortable and unwelcome we all felt. We couldn’t help but wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that we’re people of color. We don’t want to assume, but the way we were treated stood in stark contrast to how others around us were treated — and that left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Peter Rabbit Tea for Easter was an opportunity for my adult daughter and myself to take my Mom's best friend (Mom died three years ago) out for the afternoon. Couldn't have made a better choice. From the atmosphere to the food, all were excellent. What really stood out though, was the service. Our server, Aaron, who we now know is the Manager of the Langley premises, was amazing. He was more than attentive but not intrusive; he accommodated my finicky diet needs and managed to present a wonderful selection. When we were leaving he provided small boxes for us each to take home some of our 'leftovers' and then helped us select a plethora of treats to take home. Aaron is clearly a professional restauranteur while being extremely personable at the same time - a rarity. We will be back!

Went on Good Friday. The food was fantastic. The server was dressed in Easter themed costume. Incredible dedication.
