A name that pays tribute to a close friendship between Tom & Stephen Tracey- "Tracey's" focuses on refined presentation of eclectic fare. Our culinary team is lead by Food & Beverage Director Chef Jason Biega and Chef de Cuisine Ali Adamczyk. Our kitchen staff focuses on each and every dish that leaves our kitchen, dressed to impress both visually and in flavor and proportion. Our service team is lead by Ana Dolaskie- an expert in service delivery. Ownership remains involved daily, and promotions between Roam Inn and Tracey's (within Roam Inn) are offered regularly to make for an incredible stay in the Munising area.
