    The food at Tracé was outstanding. We had the ala carte menu and although the selections were limited (2 appetizers and 2 main course options) we had them all and were so pleased with the flavors and attention to detail. The strawberry dessert with lavender foam was the most amazing. Our only complaint was the temperature inside the restaurant was excessively hot. It was extremely hot in Paris but the air flow was poor and the air conditioning weak.

    We have been in Paris for a few weeks and eaten at some really wonderful places. But this was the best experience of all. A hidden little gem with just the best, creative food. That’s a real compliment given some of the other places within minutes. Don’t miss it. We will be back very soon.

    La saveur générale était très herbacée, ce qui malheureusement ne convenait pas à notre goût. La nourriture a été servie lentement et le dîner, qui a commencé à 20 heures, s'est terminé à minuit. Je suis fatigué.

    We chose the Chefs menu with the wine paring and it was definitely the right choice. The food was outstanding so were the service and the ambiance. We will for sure recommend Tracé to our friends so they can get the same unforgettable experience like us.
