    The food and service was exceptional. Very creative menu, great wine pairings and knowledgeable staff. Location is fantastic and the restaurant layout is tasteful. In particular, the mushroom dish is ***outstanding*** and worth the entire price of the tasting menu alone. One of the most memorable tastes I’ve ever had and I dine a lot.

    It was really amazing experience for us. I heard that the sous-chef opened his/her restaurant in Tokyo. I definitely want to visit there after going back to Tokyo. Thank you so much for all your creative dishes and hospitality!

    We would highly recommend this restaurant for a gastronomic experience ! The food was exceptional and the service was spot on . Great to meet the Chef. The tasting menu was about 6 courses and each one was memorable. Definitely a must do if you are a foodie and appreciate great food ! Thanks !

    One of the best dining experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. Better than some of the best restaurants in the world. The menu, service, execution, wine pairings, and overall feeling was superb!!

    My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Trace. The food is creative, delicious and beautifully presented. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was personable and very knowledgable. It's an expensive experience, but well worth it.

    Absolutely delicious!! It deserves much more Michelin stars starting from food to service. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves to eat !

    This restaurant is absolutely amazing. We were greeted by the restaurant manager right away and immediately seated. When at this restaurant they serve either a five or seven course meal. Go for the seven course. Also, add the wine parings to your meal. Choose “emotion” as you paring. This is some of the best French food I have ever had. It should be a Michelin restaurant in 2025. So, get there now before a reservation might be impossible to get.
