   Overall wait time after "booking" a reservation was over 20minute wait. The staff was pleasant and professional. Really only issue was the initial wait time to be seated. Looked as if the kitchen was behind, but the servers were on point. The server was very apologetic because of the inconvenience, which gave the impression it had everything to do with the kitchen. The food was overall very good, as well.

   We enjoyed outstanding cocktails, a delicious cheese platter, and amazing meals. The service was the best I've ever had. We had our toddler grandson along and our server actually cut his buttered noodles for him, found a small plate for a smaller portion to cool, and a small spoon. It was a delightful experience!

   Service was excellent my wife had the scallops and I had the Zuppe pesce both excellent service was great and very attentive- only down was no pinot Grigio but not a biggie would become

   The food was very mediocre for the price! Pastas are not freshly prepared for the order. We could watch the kitchen staff, prepare pasta, bag it and put it away for future orders. Carbonara tasted more like an Alfredo than a Carbonara. Lobster cannelloni was meh! Changing high prices for very average food.

   Only negative was that Staff member from out front kept running in and out past my seat/table to get things from the dining room

   We were disappointed. It started with the host check-in telling us we reserved seating at the bar, even though our reservation confirmation said dinning room. Fortunately we were brought into the dinning room. Server was extremely nice but slow, probably had too many tables, and would disappear for several minutes. I finished my cocktail and water, and waited several minutes before having to ask for refill. Which took several more minutes and then she refilled my glass, but then didn’t refresh my wife’s glass which was less than half. My wife’s pizza was undercooked and doughy. They brought out a new one which was very blacked on most of the bottom. My Osso Bucco was ok, but nothing of the quality that I expected. Menu, especially wine list, was far overpriced for the quality of food and overall experience. As the restaurant had several hundred reviews and 4.5 star rating, we were surprised by having such a poor experience.

   This restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel. If you are staying at the hotel and you don't want to go out in town to get some food, then I suppose this is a good enough option. But if you are a local and want to get some good Italian food, then this is not worth the hassle of going to the Hilton and parking. Ok ambiance, mediocre food and very poor service isn't something that attracts many customers. There was nothing special about the food, and in some cases, the food was subpar. It took us over 3 hours to get through our meal due to poor service. We won't be returning.

   Excellent food and service. Wine selection very good and price in line with quality. Ambiance is good not intimate but certainly in line with the hotel / professional environment. Overall a very good experience and would go again if back at this hotel.

    Service was outstanding. Omar and Sebastian worked very hard to ensure we had everything we needed. Classic Italian restaurant but the flavors were especially good. The mussels appetizer had a great taste to them - we have never had such good mussels. The octopus was delicious and the yellow sauce made it spicy and delicious. The bolognese was served piping hot and was outstanding. The pizza was a thin crust and made just perfect. The temperature of everything was perfect - food was hot, salads and beer cold. Very friendly place. Our first time but we will be back. Omar and Sebastian made our experience 5 star.
