CALIFORNIA & COMFORT CUISINE ON BELDEN PLACE Whether you're looking to have a quick lunch, conduct a business meeting, host a banquet or go on a first date, Toy Soldier is sure to deliver. We offer a casual & lively atmosphere sprawled across our main dining room, full bar, romantic upstairs lounge & outdoor dining area. We're serving up fun, military-inspired specialty cocktails and a wine program emphasizing Northern California. All libations have a focus on small producers and growers - our regional rotations will explore all the best California has to offer. Most importantly, we're offering up our pride & joy, our home-made beer - Toy Soldier IPA, brewed on-site in our brewery downstairs below the bar.

                                              What a great lunch. Brussel. Sprouts had such flavor. The burger was amazing, juicy and well cooked.

                                              The service and food were amazing! It’s in an “alley” and it’s small. I was a little worried walking up to it. But it was great and they had cheap oysters too!!

                                              The food and atmosphere are amazing! The place is close to everything and eating outside was a delight! I recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. But everything is good. The food comes fast and they are very friendly and professional.

                                              Very bad food at significantly high prices. Ordered the fried chicken (bland and clearly microwaved) and the sea bass (risotto was swimming in cream of asparagus broth). Would be fine for drinks but do not eat here.

                                              We had such a good time at Toy Solider! We were a party of 11 and they were very accommodating. We had an early reservation so the restaurant was quiet but perfect for our group. Food and drink were great and service was fast. We’ll be back!

                                              We love funkier places, and this one fits the bill. The food was outstanding, although while nevertheless delicious, the porkchop could have been cooked a little less (we don't mind a little pink). The muscles are plump, numerous, and in a terrific sauce (get some bread and use for dipping). I loved the raviol, again numerous and with an exceptional sauce, and my wife raved about the sea bass. Check it out - decent draft beer, too! Everyone was very friendly and clearly focused on providing a good experience.

                                              Stop by and say hi to the most friendly staff ever and you absolutely must try the pork chop and lamb chop as they are the best on the planet!
