Townhall Public House - Maple Ridge

The food was horrible and poorly made. Would not recommend. Definitely not going back, would of had a better sandwich from Tim Hortons drive through than this place.

We have met friends there at least twice a month since it opened the food is great and service perfect.

Service and food is awesome. Happy hour is one of the better ones. Highly recommend Saturday and Sunday brunch too.

The food was great and the service was great but when we arrived we learned that they don’t regularly check open table so they had missed our reservation. Luckily they found a table for us, but I felt it was rather unprofessional to offer a service that you cannot rely upon. If that is to be the case, don’t offer the service, or at least post a disclaimer, don’t blame it on the customer (who tried to phone and confirm and couldn’t get anyone on the phone either!) for not knowing that this reservation service isn’t reliable.

There needs to be more servers. From where we were sitting we could only see 1 server and 1 cleaner. By the time we got the coffee it was cold!

It’s seemed as though favour was giving to the other side of the restaurant, people were leaving due to short staff and finally we got the food and not one person at the table enjoyed there meal

Terrible waitress with a very bad attitude.

After we finished our meal it took half an hour to get our bill and pay. It happens often there but I continue to eat there because we like the food and atmosphere. Next time I will let our waitress know we are in a hurry if we need to be somewhere by a certain time.

Good choices on menu. Great selection of beer.

We have been eating in the Pub since it first opened and have never had anything to complain about.

Great service and awesome menu, we celebrated an anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves, highly recommend

It was a special birthday for one of our friends, and the server accommodated us without any issues whatsoever. Great service.

The only issue was the service. 3 out of 8 of us showed up 15 minutes earlier and ordered drinks within 5 minutes. It took 15-20 minutes for drinks. All of us had to order 2 at a time so we didnt have to wait. Other than that it was really goid

The service was horrendous. I don’t think our server got one thing right. The food was pretty terrible too. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

We actually went to the trouble of reserving a table, five days before.
We, however, on arrival were given the absolute worst table in the entire establishment.
The table had our name written on a small chalkboard, they in fact reserved a table for us in the middle of extremely busy aisle. It looked like they just inserted the table there at the last minute.
We have been there a few times before and enjoyed ourselves. We'll think twice for another visit.

Everything was quite wonderful, but the service fell short. Although our server was pleasant, she was not very attentive. She rarely returned to our table, and forgot to place one of our beverage orders. We will definitely return though, as it is one of the best happy hours in Maple Ridge!

I would never come to townhall hall if it wasn’t for their Monday night trivia. I’ve had too many crappy meals & the service has been terrible every single time - time for management to switch things up or retrain their stuff. That being said - Trivia night is a blast & I highly recommend it!

service was horribly slow, wrote down our own orders for the server. Told her my drink order twice and she still brought the wrong thing. WAITED forever and it was not busy at all. pretty disappointing

Horrid service. Waited over 15 to get drink. Went to bar to get. And food also. We are regulars and no more.

Really cool menu items and was able to hit happy hour which was also great. The service was amazing.

Not a good experience. A table of four of us were seated in the middle of a huge 70th birthday party. We should have been placed away from the party. We had people standing all around our table. It was too extremely loud and chaotic. Too bad as we were trying to have a belated birthday fir my hubby.
