Town is a new restaurant and bar from chef and restaurateur Stevie Parle.

At Town, we work closely with pioneering farmers and producers who share our belief in a better way of growing food. We serve Wildfarmed Beef from our own herd of 100% grass-fed cows raised in Oxfordshire, along with exceptional hogget, pork and eggs from L.A.M. Farm in Kent, fruit and vegetables from sustainability trailblazer Susanna Sait at The Goods Shed, Canterbury and world-class cured meats from Coombeshead Farm in Cornwall.

Town isn't just a restaurant, it is a way of thinking about food, farming, hospitality and fun.

At Town Bar, our cocktails come from Kevin Armstrong at World's 50 Best Bar, Satan's Whiskers in Bethnal Green.

I was part of a party of 5. Each thought this an excellent restaurant with great food, service and wine. The snacks, especially the sourdough bread were excellent. The place was busy when we went (a Tuesday evening), with perhaps one or two unoccupied tables. We are all late 60s - early 70s and could have a conversation without shouting. What a relief! By no means cheap, but very good value

First time at this recent opening after positive reviews elsewhere. Drury lane isn’t well known of neighbourhoods for great cuisine, but this reverses that perception. Lovely dining room and bar. Great cocktail list and a menu that is neither over elaborate or boring. The Crudo was sublime as were the scallops. We Both had had the pork after advanced recommendations which was as good as that on the open fire at The Gunton Arms. Sides of fried sage (better than it sounds) and courgettes added some verdant touches. No time for desserts. Thanks to a great server, Jo. We enjoyed a glass of Albariño and Pomerol. £100 ph. Highly recommended.

Town have greater the perfect restaurant. Their staff, food, ambience and price are all exceptional. Delicious food, really well priced drinks menu; fantastic team. This has set the bar in London dining. Zero pretence, maximum enjoyment. Well done!

Booked a mid afternoon lunch for a party of 4 on Monday 23 June. Walked past the restaurant twice so phoned to say we were in danger of being late - a member of staff came out onto the street to make sure we didn’t miss it a third time. That tells you everything you need to know about the service (friendly, helpful, attentive). Opted for the quick meal menu which really is value for money (thank you Giles Coren). Whole thing was amazing. No complaints from us. Would, and have, recommended.

Delicious and interesting dishes. Liked the fact that some starters and mains came in two sizes so there was a lot of choice. Interesting ingredients in each dish. Lovely cocktails!
