First time we go there. We were four people. Their policy is that you can only pick one selection per table. This is unusual in restaurants and causes frustration and disappointment. Two of us wanted to select the full menu option and the other two the smaller option. This selection, per their policy, is not allowed. Their argument is that people may start sharing the meats from the more expensive option. They don’t realize that some people eat less and assume that all guest have to have the same apetite. People don’t go to this type of restaurants with the idea of taking advantage of the meat selection. People go because of the service, the quality of food and the ambient. Their policy and attitude towards the restaurant business is a pity one. I do not envision a successful business to the owners

We've visited for lunch and dinner previously with no issues, but this was Father's Day and it did not seem they were capable of keeping up with the amount of tables. You have to pay for the premium option, which is fine, but the lack of bringing the premium meats around did not happen throughout our dinner. We seen the premium meats once, which unfortunately goes for majority of the meats. They did not have meats constantly being rolled out. There was no meats being walked around and once point, and you were just waiting. The same goes with the salad and side bar. The bar was not being refilled. We spent majority of our dinner waiting on the bar to be refilled. We did ask about both the meats and bar refill and were told ot will be coming around. The bar was restocked 10 mins prior to us leaving at 7pm (our reservation was at 530pm). For special occasions we found it's better to go to the bigger Brazilian Steakhouses who can keep up with the high demand, especially if you're paying a nice price.

Tourao went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience for my birthday. My server Joel was awesome. He gave me so many recommendations for the drinks that he thought I would love. I got a virgin mango margarita and it was spectacular. It was off the charts. It was amazing. All the meat was amazing, perfectly salted perfectly cooked and perfectly cut my liking. My recommendation would be the chicken wings, the beef ribs, and the garlic picanha. Those were the best meats that I had and not to mention the salad bar. It was amazing. They had a perfectly tender beef stew a mix of different pasta, potato, and chicken salads. They had multiple different cuts of cheese and all their salads were awesome. If I could come there every day I would the price is amazing. They even gave me a free cheesecake for my birthday. Best of all they are planning to start doing live music I cannot wait. I will be there every single day.

Booked a table, drove near 1 hour and when arrived that was a notice that the restaurant was closed for private event!! - Felt a bit disrespected. Went to DaSilva (near) a had a great experience.

Excellent food, service, and experience! We went early in the evening on a Saturday. At the time there was plenty of seating, but by the time we left it looked like it was going to be a packed house. So you might need a reservation for peak hours. The staff was incredible, attentive, and helpful. The meat cooked to perfection. We will be going there for our next special occasion.
