Toulouse Petit Kitchen & Lounge
Our expansive menus offer culinary diversity and range from traditional Creole and French Quarter menu choices to traditional Parisian and French countryside preparations to more innovative dishes that are entirely unique to Toulouse.
The place was pretty swanky to be honest. I liked the atmosphere a LOT. Made ya feel classy when you entered, though it wasn't so nice that you felt out of place if you didn't wear a suit.
The wait staff was super friendly and sociable, which is a plus. Very knowledgeable about the lengthy list of things on their menu.
We had some steak and gumbo, and both were exceptional. Well-proportioned, delicious, and aesthetically pleasing to boot.
We had brunch here and everything was delicious! Will definitely go again.
Really good place for Brunch! I went there for my birthday and if you make a reservation it is perfect for a big group up to 8. The food was tasty and the ambience was great. Our waitress was ultimately great, but my friend brought in a small cake for my birthday for us to eat at the table. Apparently, there was a cake-cutting fee...even though my friend and I were the ones to cut the cake? Kind of odd, although if there was a fee she waived it since it was my birthday and told us. Ultimately really good and would recommend!!
While we had great service, it was rather expensive
Flavorful cajun dishes are unique and perfect.
The food was great. My only complaint was that my filet was put on top of my fries and got the salty steak juice all over most them which made me not want to eat them. I would prefer they be on the side, where I could have enjoyed them. Same with my partner who got the mashed potatoes and had the salty steak juice in them. It may look for a good presentation but ruins the taste of the food.
Amazing as always!
The food was very tasty, emphasis on creole! Good value price fix menu.
Food was very good and menu was amazing and interesting. The service could of been not attentive but lots of people in restaurant.
We are a group of four and like the food at Toulouse. We visit the restaurant prior to events in the area. Recently the Salad dishes were downsized. We like to share them so we decided to order more of the dishes. I'm not sure if the price of a smaller salad is different than before.
Awesome place to eat! James, the bartender, is phenomenal!
This place is an absolute delight. Not only is the ambiance unique and authentic, but the food is DELICIOUS.
Everything we ordered was phenomenal, from the scrambles to the egg benedicts, and ending with the beignets.
One of my favorite things about the food options was that the crab benedict came with a substantial amount of crab. It’s a pretty expensive dish and we were hoping it would be worth it and it absolutely was - it wasn’t just a benedict with /some/ crab, it was STACKED with delicious meat.
10/10 would recommend to everyone I possibly can.
Amazing that everything on such an extensive menu can be so good! Had lunch with some out of town friends and everything was absolutely delicious. Gnocchi with wild mushrooms was perfection. Though not traditional, my friend who lived for several years in NO thought the fried chicken gumbo was fabulous. I can't believe I have not eaten here before. It is high on my list for the future. I would say, however, make sure you make reservations - we went for a Sunday lunch and the restaurant was full and consequently the noise level was high.
Everything was excellent- EXCEPT for the O.T. App. Had a minor in our oarty
What otherwise would have been a great experience (food, ambiance) was ruined by poor service. It was my wife’s 50th birthday and I called in advance to request for dietary needs. The manager essentially told me they are too busy and it was a take it or leave it deal. Not only that, we had to wait over 30 minutes for drinks since several wines on the menu were no longer available and they just left us there waiting between choices. Not going back.
Great food! One thing I would suggest is bigger bolder print on menus. It’s dim lighting and small print can be hard to read! Overall great experience!
I have never had such wonderful cuisine in what looks to be a sports bar. The prix fixe is a bargain - three courses at $45. Wine list is extensive, and reasonably priced.
Brought some friends from out of town for Sunday brunch. The place was busy, but since we had a reservation we were seated immediately, which was awesome. The menu is large and there weren’t a lot of non- pork dishes, which was a challenge for one of our party, but everyone eventually found something and we were all very happy with our choices. We also had a plate of beignets for the table, which were delicious! A great experience overall, we will be back!
Just went in for a drink and dessert around 9 pm. The place was packed, a little loud but expected for a Friday night. The beignets and coffee were delicious and such a pretty atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again
Fun weekend getaway to Seattle. Atmosphere was lovely, initial attention by staff was excellent, but fizzled out as the room got busier. A bit disappointing with a $150+ bill with one adult and 3 under 11yr kiddos. Will give Toulouse another try in the future.
The food was excellent! Ambiance was perfect for a date night/special occasion. Service was decent.
We had a delightful meal with friends. Our server knew the menu intimately, and so when we asked about non-standard or deviations from the standard New Orleans cuisine (which was excellent, BTW), she was ready. Everyone of her recommendations was a smashing success.
The only disappointment was finding out that the restaurant is unable to renew its lease and will be closing in 3 years. Here’s to hoping you can find a new location in fast-growing Bellevue: we’ll be there as often as our waistlines can stand it! We have to find time to do brunch soon!
Lovely before theatre dining!
Food was fantastic, menu can be a bit overwhelming since they have so many options.
Absolutely phenomenal everything. Can't recommend enough.
Great food. Server was really short with us. Would recommend to friends.
Great Cajun food and service! Looking forward to another visit!
Amazing experience from beginning to end! Highly recommend.
Overall a really nice experience. Individual chairs are not very comfortable for sitting.
This place has a really cool evening ambiance, fantastic service and increíble food. Menu is really big. Normally that could be overwhelming but not here—it’s organized well on the menu, and we want to keep coming back to try different things on this big selection. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Seattle area if not my favorite.
Birthday for mom!
We usually love coming here, but this experience for brunch was disappointing :( our server was kind enough but two orders were brought out incorrectly. Also service was slow and the food mediocre. We usually are delighted by dishes here, guess we will just have to stick to happy hours/happy hr menu.
