I have not been here for years, I must say that this place does not dissappoint. I have Crab & Egg's incredible, My only question would be that their coffee options were not great. $6. for a cup and a half of coffee "not exceptional" comes in a mini-french press was just okay. Everything else there was fantastic, cool place to take a date ofr meet a friend.

Food was bland. They charged an extra fee for using a credit card, but never warned me or offered to let me pay cash. They also added an extra 5% living wage fee in addition to the tip.

Waited 1:45 for our appetizer! They weren’t that busy and we waited forever for our appetizer and our food. It was almost like our waitress waited forever to put in our order. Had to basically box out food up without eating any of it to get to our event. Ate it later that evening and just not the same. Super disappointing!

The food was delicious & our waitress was wonderful & responsive. However we had a reservation for 8 at a table - not a high top. When we got there they tried to seat all 8 of us in a booth clearly meant for 6 adults. With 8 we didn’t fit in the booth & had NO room for 8 plates & room to use our hands. We ended up being moved to a high top which was uncomfortable for the 7 month pregnant member of our party. Better planning on the part of the restaurant would have been appreciated.

Food is always good but the service isn’t always the best this is the 2nd time in a row where the host has had a little attitude. Server was okay.

Great vibe and large menu. Best Bloody Mary cocktail in a long time. Very efficient front of house lady and staff all pleasant and helpful. Would return and try more of the spicy traditional food if we visit Seattle again. A busy place and guessing people visit regularly for great evening out.

Very rustic and small atmosphere to the entire restaurant which made it feel more cozy. Nice bar area, but we were at a booth. Definitely can feel the French / New Orleans inspiration to the food and drinks. Menu could be parred down in my opinion but even then everything looked like it had a place and would taste excellent. We had a ceviche appetizer that was wonderful and a steak + scallops for dinner and it was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Complimentary desert for a birthday we celebrated was an extremely nice touch. We will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend this place to others.

Overall everything was in place to be a great location and experience but everything just missed enough to not be great. The menu is expansive and perhaps that cuts into the food quality. The food was okay- above average just didn't take it up to another level. The decor is nice and interesting but is getting a little beyond New Orleans hip and worn to be just worn. I would go back for sure but with lowered expectations.
