An exciting new destination for elevated dining has arrived. Chef Richard Sandoval brings his award-winning global Pan Latin Steakhouse concept to Four Seasons Hotel Houston. Service was excellent. Food was well prepared and seasoned well. Starters Peruvian ceviche and the angry scorpion roll were very tasty! The Toro Toro churrasco sampler was a good survey of the restaurant’s grilled specialties - a great choice and filled our party of four. Thanks for a super pre-concert dinner.

An Exceptional Latin-Peruvian Culinary Experience at the Four Seasons This restaurant is a true gem, offering an exquisite Latin-Peruvian gourmet fusion that masterfully blends flavors from across the region—including standout dishes like sushi, ceviche, and premium steaks. Located inside the elegant Four Seasons Hotel, the ambiance is upscale yet inviting, and the bar is a destination in itself. The cocktail menu is impressive. I tried both the Mezcalita and the Margarita—each one expertly crafted and absolutely delicious. For starters, we shared Jamón Ibérico, corn empanadas, and a fresh, vibrant salad. Every bite was a perfect prelude to the main event. We ordered a variety of steak dishes, but the Picanha was the undeniable star—tender, flavorful, and easily the best I’ve had in Houston so far. Although we didn’t have room for dessert, the options looked tempting enough to warrant a return visit very soon.
