GREAT TO BE BACK AND SEE THE OLD STAFF STILL THERE. THE Pandemic has lost a year plus of our lives but is VERY reassuring to see the Ritz standards are still maintained. FREEDOM!!!!
The best Italian in Chicago.
Robert and the rest of the team we’re fantastic. Great food and very friendly service.
Great food, great service and great event.
Good place for breakfast in business meetings
The only problem was after calling the restaurant twice before our evening and talking to the manager on the floor that evening, we were told after the validation of our velvet parking it would only be around $15 for 1-3 hours. We left under 2 hours and it was $32.
The parking people are very set and would not even listen.
We have Spot Hero and would of gone with them for $16 across the street. But I trusted your establishment.
Excellent food service and ambience. Quiet place for business meeting
Really good meal for Restaurant Week. Everything was delicious.
Great place to go if you want to have a conversation without yelling. Food and service were excellent
The pasta was great, but the other entrees were fair. Service good, not great
All pasta was amazing. The side of wagyu steak was delicious as well
Amazing service and great food. A must go to.
It was NYE and very busy and very festive, but we were not rushed and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Everything was cooked and presented perfectly. Kudos to the Chef and staff.

Great service, good food and nice wine list
Nice Christmas dinner. Excellent service. Good food. Ambience pretty as is the Ritz. A bit overpriced. Noise level good.
Very slow service. Food was average and disappointing

Great place in a great hotel....
Yes, I know it’s the RC, but $25 for a basic eggs benedict is outrageous. Overall, a basic breakfast for 2 with omelet, 2 teas and a glass of OJ for $78.
Such refined elegance!
The food was magnificent, but the service for a Wednesday night was very slow to start. Once our waiter finally did come by our table after waiting a good 10 minutes and having to ask who our waiter was, he finally stopped by our table to get our drink order. After that, everything was fine.
Best service and CALM CKASSY environment. It was wonderful. Always is.
Very poor service.

There were two men sitting on the other side of me and the manager, chef and wait staff took an enormous amount of time with them. On the other hand, I had to wait for my salad and found that they no longer featured the entree that I came there for. The two young me ordered hamburgers and fries but the chef came out several times to make sure that they were satisfied. I feel that there is some sexism going on and that single women diners are not given the same attention that these two men were given.
Excellent place! Fantastic music and food
Great food and great service!
We arrived hungry for breakfast food and it did NOT disappoint. Although the dishes were a bit pricey, they were with every penny.
This was easily one of the best dinners I’ve had in my life. The filet Mignon was perfectly cooked and the tiramisu was the most delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in Chicago.
The room was pleasant. The waiter was attentive but there were constantly dishes that needed to be removed to the point of discomfort and having to ask which shouldn’t be the case. The food was good but not a value for the pricing.... too many others at the same price point t with far superior food.
My recommendation ... if you happen to be there and. Looking for a meal that’s fine but if you have the time seek out another locale.
Beautiful decor and rooftop bar with incredible city views! We dined inside and service and food were excellent!!
Was staying at the Ritz Carlton and decided to celebrate my son’s birthday there. They seated us like we were in an assembly line. Tables next to each other and within earshot. The restaurant wasn’t even fully booked. To add to this, the gentleman providing music that night was so loud. I could barely here the conversation of my children across the table. What I did hear was conversation to the table next to me. I had to endure young adults senseless griping over someone who wasn’t present the entire dinner. I asked to be moved. The servers seem unwilling to acknowledge my request at first. To make matters worst, the pats I ordered was too salty and didn’t look fresh. The pomodoro sauce seemed like it was taken out of a can. Too much for the linguine frutti di mare. At the end of the meal, nothing to greet my son a happy birthday. Never was it acknowledged when I booked I made mention the special occasion. I was completely disappointed by our dining experience. The Ritz Carlton is known for their service. The lack of attention to detail, the tentativeness of the staff made them look less polish than expected. I was eagerly anticipating our dinner to celebrate a momentous occasion and sadly I felt shortchanged. I’m afraid to come back and try the other dining establishments in the hotel next time around.
Service was good. Food was good, maybe a little over priced, but had a good time there overall.
Took my staff out to a working lunch and we enjoyed ourselves. The lunch menu was awesome and the food was great. The staff was friendly and space was amazing.
The breakfast food was good - large portions matched with high prices. I had to ask for a coffee refill. That said - nice place to meet up with friends that is upscale.
Dined here for breakfast: phenomenal execution of every item on the menu we tried. The fried eggs in the Avacado toast are beautiful and unique.
The food was very expensive for the quality. The staff was friendly and timely. Overall, the food was just not to our taste.
Excellent service and food. In general conversation friendly although the night we were there, a band was playing in the bar.
The steak was over cooked, the fish was undercooked. The waiter noticed it. The service was very good
