   The brunch menu prepared by Chef Mario was unique and adventurous, but not out of touch for casual diners. The pastries were phenomenal we chose the Kouign-Amann which were flawless and so delicious as well as the Cheddar, Jalapeño and chive scones. Both were served with butter and jam. She had the Chicken and waffles that came with a harissa-kohlrabi slaw and ginger-lime maple syrup. Spicy,sweet and complex on the palate. I had the Chesapeake Benny, poached eggs, maryland crab on top of a breaded fried green tomato with tarragon hollandaise, grilled asparagus and home fries! Every bite was intensely pleasing. Each dish was plated beautifully and each component worked so well together. We got more pastries to go home with. Our server, Andrea was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food she was serving and its presentation. She was kind enough to gift us her favorite scone flavor on the house! I can honestly say it was the best meal (not just brunch) I’ve had all year. Thanks! Matt and Jodi

   Great, friendly, prompt service, brunch was terrific, cocktails were delicious, love the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend! We took an out of town visitor and giving them an aerial view of the city is a cool bonus.

   The place is really cute with a great view. But the food was only alright. I had the chicken dish and the chicken itself was great but the sides were not. The broccolini was awful there was no seasoning, no cooking, as if they were just dumped out of the bag from the store. And the potato wasn’t great either. My guest got the burger which was also alright. The chicken was definitely better.

   Food and drinks were a bit overpriced but the views are incredible and service was top-notch. Worth checking out!

   This was our first time visiting Topside for brunch, and we're so glad we did. The views of the city are beautiful. Their brunch menu is fantastic; great variety to satisfy every palate. Our wonderful waitress recognized us from past visits and greeted us with pleasure. It was quieter than dinner experiences, so very easy to talk.

   Such a cute spot. I sat at the bar in the main space. Everything was delicious and beautiful. The shrimp, strawberry and Brie salad (and I don’t normally like Brie) and tagliatelle were so good. I finished with the panna cotta! It was so good. They also have amazing mock tails. The yellow ballon was a favorite.

    I recommend going early for dinner. The restaurant is quiet, tables aren’t full yet so you can get a full 360 view of the city. Wonderful, attentive service and great drinks too!
