   We made reservations for a Saturday night at 6:30. The reservation said to call 10 minutes in advance to ensure an attendant was present. We called and spoke with someone at 6:20. At 6:30 we were told to go under the rope and wait upstairs someone would be with us shortly. At 6:50 we left the area as we had not been contacted or checked on and clearly not let into our reserved bay. There was also another 6:30 party who was also not being serviced. This was supposed to be a fun outing for my husband’s birthday and they didn’t even have it staffed. Will likely never use this again.

   Everything about this place was wonderful. From our suite we could still see the activity in the casino but, we were secluded and private. It was slightly different from going outdoor but, was fun all the same. This was a great date night. Service was amazing and the food was good.

   This was the worst experience I ever had . There was none to greet us .when we got there . Then we were put in a room with no working computer to play the game . No food , and when we did get our food It was the wrong food and cold. Then the customer service was a negative zero.... The drinks were weak and they kept putting people in the wrong room and would disappear for over 30 minutes at a time .

   Husband and I reserved last minute on Valentine’s Day Eve. We were okay they were not prepared for us but the fact they couldn’t get prepared was disappointing. At the first golf suite we were greeted by a nice server that took our drink order. The drinks were great but unfortunately the computer malfunctioned and we were moved. The manager was very apologetic and offered a comped appetizer. The second suite did not have the proper equipment and another employee went to get the equipment (balls) and never returned. We hung around for about 30 minutes with no service. We never got to order the comped appetizer nor play. We left.

   It started later then my reservation because there was an event at the same time but the host did great with communication and gave us 2 waitress who had great energy, gave us tips on ordering and did all the things to help the party be great!

   I had a reservation at 8pm and nobody was there at that time time and they didn’t pick up the phone either. They called me back 30min later when I was already gone.

   Really enjoyed the evening, if the managers hadn’t handled the situation so well for us the rating would have been much different. We had a 7pm reservation and There was not one there to help us get started so around 715 we went to the bar downstairs and they got someone to help us. We had a great time playing, our server was wonderful and we had the chicken club sandwich which was delicious! They had men’s and women’s Titleist clubs and the simulator was awesome! At the end of our time the computer systems weren’t working so we spent about a half an hour with various managers trying to get it to work but they took really good care of us during the time and made what could have been a very frustrating situation much better. Will definitely be going back again.

    We waited 43min for drinks and food. We has to go downstairs to find hostess after waiting an additional 25 min after we were done.
