    We had a great time. Service was great getting drinks for us while we played. The room was nice and had enough seating for everyone. The simulator worked well. It was a lot of fun.

    We had a great experience at top golf swing suite. Golf, soccer, carnival games, dodgeball with zombie games, etc.. also food and drink was available.

    The room was ok, the simulator was bad. Constantly needed to readjust the system to read the golf ball. Service wouldn’t know, no one checked on us, not once. Food and drink again, wouldn’t know, we weren’t offered menus. If you’re looking for a fun indoor experience, this isn’t it. As for service stick with a regular TopGolf. They at least wait on you. Save your money look elsewhere.

    Private atmosphere and plenty of availability for when TopGolf has zero open bays and long wait times. The golf simulator has a variety of games, not limited to golf.

    It’s very expensive to rent this top golf suite. Beware- the website says $25 per hour but it’s actually $50. They refused to lower the charge even though we showed them their website. Food is mediocre, service was great. The screen games are not super entertaining or accurate. It’s nothing like going to an actual top golf. Not worth it in my opinion.

    It is a great concept, but the simulator was disappointing. It would just stop working in the middle of a game, so we would have to exit out and start over. If the simulator system was better, this would be my favorite place to escape the Texas summer heat but it felt like 10 year old simulator technology that just isn't up to par with many other places I've played simulator golf.

    Had to wait 15 minutes plus they tell you to come 10 minutes early so 25 minute wait. Carpet with large chunks of pretzels. One person never received second drink. Overall food was good and had a great time. Attendants very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and rent for 2 hours. 1 hour too short.

    We have come numerous times now at various times of the year and unfortunately regardless of when we come the room is so warm that it’s almost uncomfortable to stay in the entire time. One of the visits we even reminded them to please turn the air conditioner to make the room not so warm and it was probably the hottest day of them all. When we just came we had to keep the door open, and it was evident that it was at least 10° cooler in the hallway. It really did not help, and honestly I feel like most people I have gone with don’t want to come back because the room is so warm and the staff acts like they are clueless to it. Very frustrating to pay that kind of money and be miserable

    Best time ever having fun with my family for my birthday! Parents and teens, alike, enjoyed playing the different games. The food and beverage selection is amazing! We will be back!

    Our experience at the TopGolf swing suite was amazing. The Westin staff was extremely helpful while setting up the simulator. It was a great place to practice during these freezing weather temperatures. I highly recommend it. It is a private suite and you get ultimate bar/restaurant service while playing.

    Great neighborhood gem. We went 4 adults with 4 kids and had a blast. The place can hold 12 persons and 8 players. Highly recommend it specially over winter. Ari the server was great and Andrew the manger amazing.

    A hidden gem for an active evening of activities, good food and great drinks. Server was attentive, bartender was super gracious and the manager helped make it all go smoothly. Highly recommend for a fun night. Burger and brisket avocado were awesome, soup and dip were just ok especially for the price.

    We had a great time! The private suite allowed us to play several games and enjoy conversation in between. The food was outstanding and the service was perfect! We'll definitely return!

    We stayed at the Westin for a nearby soccer tournament and happened upon the TopGolf Swing Suite while exploring. After inquiring, we found they had space for our last night there, so we reserved thinking it would be a way to pass some time. We ended up having a GREAT time! It was a great way for our family of four to fully unplug and spend family time together. There are several different games you can play, and we tried them all. The golf was your standard TopGolf fare (hit it into the colored circles and score), but there carnival games, soccer (fun), football (fun), baseball (okay), a gem game (fun) and others. Service was spotty at first - you're down a hall in a room by yourselves, so the first half hour or so we felt a bit forgotten, but then we got assigned a server (and I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name at the time of writing this) and he was a game changer. Super attentive, very informative and awesome server. (We realized as we were leaving that he was also serving the bar area, the patio area and the pool area, and he still managed to make us feel cared for.) The food was just okay - the hotel is clearly short-staffed and still running COVID hours for their restaurant (which we fully support), so the food felt like it took a bit of a hit. Drinks were awesome. Overall, it was a memorable experience and we'd definitely do it again.

    This is one of the most unique dining experiences I've ever had. It was private (very much appreciated in these times) and the food was amazing! Also, the drinks. The drinks! I'm convinced they had some type of ambrosia in them because they were so ridiculously good. Highly recommend this place!

    Honestly was a bit overpriced for what we received. 4 of us played alternate shot golf in a 2 hr. timeframe. I have experience with simulators and this particular one was not very accurate at all. We had many shots not read and then many that were clearly not accurate. Which just cost us valuable time. The food and drink specials were fantastic and the waiter/helper guy was very nice. While we did have fun and enjoyed ourselves the overall impression was "it was fun but not worth $75/hr." With food and drink the total bill was $300. Thanks

    It was a great family experience. There were games for everyone one to enjoy. We went during breakfast so the hotel wasn't busy, which is why we picked an earlier time. The food we ordered was really yummy, especially the Rose Scented French Toast and the Eggs with Smoked brisket. I highly recommend. The time went really fast, and lucky for us there was not someone booked after so we were able to extend the time. If you plan on eating and playing the games I would suggest booking for over an hour.

    This was a super fun experience! We loved having the suite because we could easily take our kids with us and they could run around while we played and there were some family friendly games to play as well! The hotel is super nice and newly renovated as well! The food was delicious too!

    This was fun place in theory but the execution/follow through of the Swing Suite could be much better. There were no TVs, music or ambiance to this suite. Just a random room with the screen. We had to play our own music from our phones to have any sort of music. My husband tried to airplay his phone onto a tv that was in the room, but it never worked. There were football games on during our time there and it would've been nice to be able to watch some games during our time there. Good idea in theory but IMO, The Westin could make it SO MUCH better just by adding a few small things to create a better atmosphere.

    We're sorry your experience was not up to par. We aren't sure what TV you're talking about other than the one in the large suite that is opened up for events (which may be why it wasn't working).
