   Halibut was excellent...one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Our waiter was great too! My husband said he said his filet was also tasty! And you can't beat the atmosphere, beautiful restaurant with great view.

   We had a great dinner and our filet was outstanding! The atmosphere was very nice, and the staff was well trained. A little pricey but worth the treat once in a while. We’ve eaten here several times and would have to say this is one of the top steak houses in the Lehigh Valley.

   Server was best we’ve had in awhile. Believe her name was Skie. Scallop appetizer was very good! Filet was cooked to our specifications and was tasty and very pricey for steak only. We celebrated a birthday and enjoyed a huge piece of complimentary carrot cake. Our server was aware of our time constraint and was very accommodating.

   The atmosphere while ascetically appealing was extremely loud to a point where our 4 top had challenges conversing. It was busy so allowances for that… The food was very good…true to past experiences and the server was overall very good though she seemed to rush us a bit in the end and my wife ended up not getting her entire leftover meal of steak Oscar in a to go container. Normally I would chalk it up to a simple mistake of throwing away but there was a substantial amount of food left that wasn’t packed.

   Great evening celebrating our Anniversary! We don’t get out often but look forward to the opportunity to dine at Top Cut. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. Already looking forward to the next time!

   We had an early reservation so it was pretty quiet for a Friday. My husband and I aren’t big steak eaters so he ordered the halibut and I had the yellowtail tuna. We were not disappointed. It was an incredible meal and our server was fantastic! We will definitely go back!

   Our experience was strongly influenced by our server Patrick. We were at Top Cut the prior week, and we had a server who was inattentive and rude. Patrick, on the other hand, was friendly, professional, and extremely attentive! His personality shined and we appreciated how hard he worked to make our night enjoyable! We know that our poor service last week was not the norm we are accustomed to or have come to expect from our many dinners at Top Cut. Patrick was more than we expected and made our delicious food even better!

    The night was very enjoyable. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. But it still tasted delicious. Service was impeccable. Caesar salad was the best thing I had.
