   We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the Bar seating area. The Kickin Shrimp tacos were excellent as was the service.

   We used to love Tony Romas and compare it equal to the best steak houses (e.g., The Keg, or Firestone). However, recent experiences continued their downward trend of getting worse over time. For example, our baked potatoes were cold; yet the manager seemed to blame this on us for wanting sour cream on the potatoes. The steaks were fatty and gristly and only half eatable; again the manager showed little concern, but offer a ‘staff discount’ of about a third off. This hardly addressed the issue of uneatable food. We spent around $180 but it killed a birthday celebration we were having, and it was hardly worth the money. We simply won’t be back. I can spend that at The Keg or Firestone and be guaranteed a great experience.

   It was a great place to visit on my birthday. The ribs were amazing like always, the BBQ sauce was to die for, the service was quick, the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend it

   Good company, wonderful service, great food. I have a wheelchair, very easy access. Our family were here from Scotland, they were impressed with the menu choices.

   We were there for two hours. Our drinks were only refilled twice. Our server kept disappearing. It took half an hour for our appetizers to be ordered then after we finally got them it took her another 30 minutes to return to take our order. Other customers seated after us got fed and left while we were still waiting. Way too long and not a pleasant experience. She hardly talked to us. Then when we finally got our food they mixed up our steaks and I had to eat a steak with HP sauce on it cuz my husband got mine and I hate HP sauce. So not impressed!

    The server was mediocre :( We had to ask for more salad , more ribs , more water , more pop. In a restaurant the server should always make sure we have everything we need. Our server did ask then would leave and come back 7 minutes later with what we wanted. She was poor :(
