   Service was poor, waitress was not very pleasant. Drink order was wrong 3 times. When meals came out, one meal was forgotten about. Instead of apologising for the mistake we were told twice it was “ just coming”. The rest of the table were nearly finished their meals by the time the forgotten meal arrived at the table. No apology was given for the mistake. Lasagne was bland and had no taste. The chicken was greasy and oily. We had to ask for new cutlery as the spoons for the teas were disgusting. We watched the waitress take them away and lift new spoons out the box, look at them and put them back as they were obviously dirty too. Extremely disappointed in the service and food as normally this is a fabulous restaurant.

   The starters were very good, the mains were okay. The service was quite slow.

   Started off with mushrooms and garlic dip But dip was bland and not much garlic involved same must be said of the garlic bread. We both had the lasagna and again was bland and was not seasoned also was “stodgy Ps The wine was ok

   Food is very meh and expensive for what it is. Great service though.

   It was a busy service time on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were excellent and obviously busy but looked happy and not over worked. We have been here before and the food is good but I think it could be better. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks with tomato dip for starter and the crumb coating was thicker than it needed to be although there was a nice amount of cheese inside the breadcrumb coating over powered the cheese somewhat, they could also have been a lot hotter. It felt like they have been sitting too long after cooking. I had to ask where our drinks were which did not arrive until after we had finished out starter. The pizzas were tasty but the base could have been thinner and there was too much crust. We enjoyed our meal and the service was very god considering how busy they were but without these few constructive criticisms I would have given more stars. I would go back as the food & service is usually better than this.

   Really really slow service, starter came out in 2 seperate deliveries 15 minutes apart, very dissapointing

   Our experience was terrible. Set lunch of 2 courses and drink via itison, 45 mins for drinks to arrive after being seated, 55 mins for starters to arrive - chicken goujons were raw pink in the middle. Around 90 for mains, we had ordered another round of drinks that had come in dribs and drabs. 4 mains arrived with 2 chicken burgers ordered about 10 mins after - these were wrong burgers and correct ones took further 10 mins resulting in last 2 in our birthday lunch out eating alone as everyone was finished. Staff rushed and despite trying to catch attention and saying ‘excuse me’ when walking past clearly ignored. Already had bad past experience here but wanted to try again but it was worse.

   The toilets weren’t clean always a worry in a restaurant. They are obviously short of staff as service was extremely slow. The Calzone was tasty but my burger was greasy and just tasted of nothing- won’t be back. Restaurant looking shabby with ripped seats patched up. Can’t recommend
