Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, mesquite-grilled steaks, and house-made desserts. One menu is served all day. Tonto Bar & Grill, gives diners a view of modern desert life with a peek into the past. The restaurant sits on what was once Native American land and later used as a stopover camp for the U.S. Cavalry, and the building itself was part of the prestigious Rancho Mañana dude ranch.                                           We had one of the waitresses from another table give someone in our party a hard time because of where they were seated. We all picked up the table and slid it so the waitress would stop. It would have been better if the waitress had helped with the situation instead of just complaining to the guest.

                                          Tacos were terrible terrible waitress said they were tenderloin tips however they were in edible small overcooked bits of meat mostly gristle talked to the manager he said he’d tell the cook never offered to credit them until I said I felt that was the right thing to do. Is it ruined our 50th wedding anniversary dinner?

                                          Dinner was exceptional. Tonto has always been wonderful but the new chef has kicked it up a notch higher. Even the dishes that have been on the menu are just that much better. Definitely a special place.
