                                        Excellent service and delicious food. Can accommodate larger groups if you make reservations early. Great communication as I had to adjust the number in our party twice via messaging in the app. They were very accommodating and quick to respond. The shrimp katsu were huge and tasty!

                                        Service was OUTSTANDING, soba was OUTSTANDING, rice, tonkatsu, cabbage and miso soup makes you feel like you're in Japan. Loved it, thoroughly!

                                        The lemon soba was tasty and refreshing. The katsu was perfectly cooked, tender on the inside, light and crispy on the outside.

                                        Everything except the rice was good, I had the kuro soba, and lion katsu. The rice was a bit under cooked which is weird for a tonkatsu place. All in all I liked this place and will come back again.

                                        I highly recommend this place if you love katsu as much as I do! Pork loin and tenderloin were both so juicy and tender. Shrimp katsu was hearty and perfectly cooked. Soba noodles had an abundance of flavor without being too salty. I enjoyed this place so much the first time that I made reservations to go again while I was still finishing my first meal! Will definitely go again when I visit back home on O’ahu!

                                        Great sets if you want to try soba noodles and katsu. Everything on the menu looked absolutely divine. Ordering is off of iPads as well as calling the servers over. Clean, sunlit, minimalistic setting. Delicious food with decent portions. Very crisp and tender katsu. Small restaurant space, so make sure you reserve early! They have tables available as well as middle shared center seating.

                                        The tonkatsu was crispy and not greasy at all. Sauces were delicious. The meat was not as tender as I thought it would be but still tasty. Grinding your own sesame seeds adds to the experience and reminds me of tonkatsu Japan. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. I wish they would add a chicken option as some people don’t eat pork or shrimp. Overall a good experience.

                                        This was only our second visit. We were not terribly impressed by anything the last time, but once we found what we like and what their flavor was like with the items we ordered, this time we are giving them a 5. Their tonkatsu (deep fried pork cutlet) which they are supposed to be known for was mediocre compared with other places we've dined at, but this time, we tried their black soba (noodles) and shrimp katsu. My husband loved their shrimp katsu, I really liked their noodles. So there you have it. I guess one needs to try a place more than once to get a better impression.

                                        Convenient parking across the restaurant that is also free. Food was great, and staff very helpful. Will definitely go back again.
