Tom’s House of Pizza opened its doors on June 7, 1963 when a young Tom realized his dream of opening a family pizzeria in South Calgary. John, the present owner and operator, worked for Tom in the late 1960s and vowed that he would one day own a Tom’s House of Pizza franchise. In May 1988, John achieved his own dreams and went into the pizza business. Since his ownership began, John has maintained and extended the core values that Tom established: to serve the highest-quality ingredients and to treat customers and staff like family.
