Modern coastal Italian trattoria & bar with breath-taking ocean views, located in Currumbin Beach, Gold Coast.

Tommy’s Italian offers a sharp but casual service, coupled with familiar and welcoming hospitality. This begins the moment the reservation is made, seen and tasted through every dish served and felt with each goodbye.

Our intimate function space located on the mezzanine level offers 50 seats that can be booked for private events. We offer an a la carte and set menu, as well as a coffee window from Thursday to Sunday.

The menu also offers 12-inch cooked to perfection Neapolitan Pizza in our Marana Forni woodfired oven.

We had been wanting to go for a while . We had the prawn fettuccine & bay lobster pasta . Both were lacking flavour its was ok but not wow . We ate it & enjoyed the venue and service was good .

Really nice Italian food in a sweet set up! I imagine it would be beautiful to dine at during the day with warm weather. Our waiter was lovely and was very helpful. Food was great, everyone at the table was happy with their meal. I was a bit confused when my pasta came out green, when on instagram it’s not green, but it’s not the end of the world. Aside from that was a really nice night spent there for my birthday. It’s a bit on the pricier side, BUT the food was a hit! Lovely touch, when they brought out my dessert with a sparkler for my birthday too. Definitely recommend & we are already planning our return for the $15 pasta night on mondays! Thanks team (:

We recently dined at Tommy’s Currumbin and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. While the food itself was okay — nothing to rave about, but certainly not bad — the service left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were an inconvenience. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like drinks, cutlery, and for our plates to be cleared. Each time, the staff responded with visible disinterest or attitude, and we were made to feel unwelcome throughout the meal. It seemed like they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. To top it off, when we tried to provide constructive feedback to management, they showed no interest in hearing it and took no accountability whatsoever. Definitely not the dining experience we were hoping for — we won’t be returning.

The $15 pasta specials on Wednesday nights were perfect. We had a great time, everything was comfortable, nice, and delicious :)

Had high expectations based on reviews but was disappointed with the overall experience. There were 6 people at our table. Service was not good overall- some staff were good but others were very poor. We had to ask for several items which, with good service, should have been provided including a bowl to place mussel shells, spoon to eat pasta, more water, replacing used paper napkins, asking for wine top ups and then more wine , meals served at the same time (some were served almost 10 n minutes after the first meals) salads arriving with the meal ( we had to ask for them half way through our meal). Finally, we were asked to vacate the table without coffee or dessert as the next sitting had arrived. Great location but we wont hurry back.

After recently returning from an Italian holiday, I was desirously surprised at the authenticity of this Italian restaurant. From the first "Ciao" greeting at the door, to the reminder of what real Italian home cooked food actually tastes like. It was our "First Date" night and will continue to be our return anniversary every year from here on in. Buonissimo
