Service was impeccable with attention to each individuals request. Food was as always top drawer.
Slow service. Waitress didn’t bring shrimp appetizer until we were halfway finished w our meal. One entree was the wedge salad, very different and not very good.
Blue crab salad, very tasty. Bonus of friends and family 25% discount.
We were not happy with the choices for O.C. Restaurant Week and felt it was too expensive for what was offered. That said, we ordered Happy Hour items and off the regular menu. Those items were a good value and well prepared.
Family dinner amazing service and food.
Food was excellent as well as the service. Ernie was the best. My 91 year old mother enjoyed herself. The entire staff was so kind to her. It made her night!!!
Heaters did not work , service was slow and ambience outdorr was awfull
Had a special of scallops and risotto, it was excellent. I forgot my camera and they chased me down to return it. Great place, good ambience
Always one of our favorite places to meet for lunch!
Always great food and terrific drinks. I had the Mahi Mahi rueben and my wife has the Miso King Salmon.
Only bummer was our inattentive server. She only checked in on us once and was nowhere near as cheerful as the other servers around us. That’s not typical service at TB, but it was still OUR experience and It definitely affected our outing.
I’m a fan of TB’s , but this one missed the mark. It’s got a small menu. Many of my favorites aren’t on it. No crispy fish sandwich, no Cuban sandwich. I had a blackened Mahi Mahi Reuben and it was strange.
Food always very good. Good choice and a very nice variety.
No ambiance at all - food was perfect
Five ladies who are longtime friends enjoyed a relaxing time for conversation and each had a delicious lunch!
So loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you talk. My ears were ringing when we left
Got a seat outside for lunch on a Saturday. Was a bit windy. There were tons of empty tables that had yet to be cleaned. Our waiter was great! Made great drink recommendations. The spicy chicken sliders were mediocre. The meat was dry and very thin. The coconut shrimp appetizer was very good!
It was awesome!
Service slow and not great but the food was excellent!
Disappointed. Tommy Bahama's service is never great, but this visit it was just lousy. I ordered the crab and avocado salad and asked for no onions. The server asked if I was allergic and I advised I was not, but definitely did not want any onions. The salad arrived and the first mouthful was overwhelmingly onion flavored. The salad is served chopped/stacked style. I pushed it over and revealed the lettuce was liberally studded with chopped red onions. I asked the server over and showed her. She asked me if I thought there were a lot of onions in the salad as though I might pick them out of the chopped lettuce. I was surprised because I asked for none and the salad was filled with them. It would have been impossible to remove them all. The server then reluctantly agreed to replace the salad. For the next 25 minutes I waited. The manager stopped by after 10 min and said they were working on it. At 20 minutes I flagged down my server, who apparently didn't feel she needed to stop back with me, or check the kitchen. Another five minutes and she finally returned with the salad. I ate quickly as we needed to get back to work and my lunch companion had finished long before. When the bill arrived they offered me a free appetizer for my next visit. Given the total lack of interest that the order was wrong, the fact that even if I liked onions these were old and offensively strong, the manager and the server were basically indifferent, why would I come back? I used to work at Denny's in college. Even at Denny's we comped a customer when that much went wrong.
We loved the blue crab and avocado salad, the coconut shrimp, Barbacoa tacos and the scrumptious chocolate cake. Our waited even helped us celebrate our birthday girl with candle in our dessert and a song.
I have been coming to this Tommy Bahamas for many many years. It recently went under a remodel which I must say I am not crazy about. It now appears that you are on a big cruise ship with not much character and the tropical escape that it used to feel like you were on has now been replaced with a cold, bleak ambience. Our server was excellent but I will not be returning. If I'm paying $50 for a salad and drink I must enjoy the atmosphere! Not sure why they had to change it up.
Casaba Steak salad is always delicious!
Met up with a friend I hadn’t seen in years! Great service without being intrusive! Lovely time! Thanks TB!
We celebrated my Mom’s Birthday on Saturday and I am so glad we went to celebrate at Tommy Bahamas Restaurant.
Food was outstanding. I ordered the special! Service was great and everyone had a great time!
Had a very happy birthday dinner
Fish was not the freshest.
Love the Mango chicken salad and the fish tacos! Thanks!
I actually preferred the old look. I regularly wind up being seated in the entrance area leading into the restaurant. The bar now takes up 70% of the floor space. The entertainment is always good but the bar patrons start talking more loudly to be heard over the music,so it gets quite loud. Not as cozy anymore. Food is still excellent. Probably need to go at lunch.
Food and beverages were wonderful!
Rayan (waiter) was amazing. He was friendly, respectful and professional.
Made us feel welcome.
Food was fine but the service was really bad.Our server was not attentive at all,we just saw him when he took our order and when he gave us are check.
Didn’t come back after our food was serve to ask if how’s everything or if we need something else(we dont have enough water)
