Tucked away in the heart of West University, Tinys No. 5 is a chef driven restaurant and bakery that believes in food that feels fresh, rustic and beautiful. We enjoy small menus featuring "from scratch" cooking. Our produce and fish are delivered fresh every single day and we make almost everything we serve in house all the way down to the honey we get from our own bees. Our flatbreads on our meat & cheese board, our house made pizzas, and the day’s catch are just a few items that are prepared each night in our wood burning oven. We are passionate about our food, but we feel even stronger about providing our guests with exceptional service from a well-mannered and smiling staff and don't leave without trying one of our famous chocolate chip cookies!

I like the ambiance of the place. The noise level is not overwhelming that you can still have decent conversation going. Although for the most of our meal was very good, they severely undercook their chicken. That was very disappointing. For the price you pay for half a chicken and have it served undercooked was highly unbecoming for the place. Good thing we had the meat and cheese board and pizza to save our dining experience.

Disappointed but quality of food arrived cold have to send it back twice, mistake was well done as we requested it. The manager was extremely helpful, helped us with correcting the mistakes and waved one of the entrées

Bring a sweater! We were freezing cold. We were told this was where the freezers where when it used to be a grocery store.

The food was indeed superb and the service was great. Unfortunately, they cannot serve cocktails as they are not allowed to serve spirited drinks being so close to a school.

Dined here with 3 lady friends and sat outside and had great service wine and food!!!! Will be back!! I personally had shrimp and risotto and it was perfect! 2 ladies had pizza - sausage and goat cheese and loved it!

I love Tiny's No 5! Wine list is good and the food is always great! Very generous portions...I can never finish my meal! Love the atmosphere and the wait staff are tremendous!

Met friends for dinner at this, my favorite restaurant. Everyone was very pleased. The summer menu was in place which meant my favorite dish was not available, the buffalo filet with the blue cheese risotto. The shrimp and risotto however was delicious as well as the kale Caesar. The bottles of Omen Pinot noir kept the conversation flowing. Our waiter took care of our every need and Joy ensured our tables were perfect. Keep up the great work. We’ll be back soon!
