   Very disappointing experience. The food was very bad. Terrible value for money. I could recommend it to any one.

   Great experience at the Shard. Went to Ting restaurant a lot of different options from halal to vegeterian. All staff are friendly and the views were excellent. Would definitely return again

   Renata, the floor manager at the restaurant was excellent. Lovely attentive service and great recommendations for food and drinks. We had the Shang fried rice and prawns - all around excellent experience. We will be back next time we are in town

   Possibly the worst and most expensive food I’ve had in London. Every dish except the fish was subpar. Nothing had any spice or flavour to it, despite the menu meaning to be Asian inspired. We ordered the set menu, which came with spring rolls, Vietnamese salad, beef tataki, potato salad (which may as well have come from Sainsbury’s, absolutely nothing interesting or Asian about it for that matter), paneer curry, fish with mushrooms and sticky date pudding. The mains came out lukewarm and the overall quality of food and ingredients was abysmal. I’ve had better plane food. Plus our bill was approx. £300. Sadly I think this place feels they can offer mediocre food for insane prices because of the view.

   Every part of our experience couldn't have been better. Service was top shelf, the view was staggering and the food couldn't have been better.. This was our first day in London and we were so appreciative to be able to begin our vacation with such an amazing experience

   Fabulous food and service with stunning views of the city. The staff were very attentive. Love music slightly annoying as we were sat right by the singers but other than that it’s superb!

    The location is outstanding and the welcome from all staff from entering the building to the table was outstanding. Food delicious and there was plenty of it. I would recommend this restaurant and its memorable experience.
