We had a nice experience, and within our group of four, there were differing selections, all of which were quite satisfying to the diner. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating and helped to make the evening enjoyable. I would like to return personally, and would recommend it to friends, especially since it is an easy ride from where I live!

Was seated, took our order, asked about their fingerling potatoes and was told they were mashed. Candles on tables were not lit due to having no lighter. Dinner arrived, fingerling potatoes were not mashed, they were dried out breakfast potatoes, similar to what you would get in a breakfast diner, and the other order was cornish hen that was so under cooked that it was bleeding onto the plate and into the side dish. Took the chicken back. Manager came out and asked what happened, took him, asked what we were drinking, said water, and told us he would take care of it. Meanwhile the other dinner was consumed, finished and plate cleared while waiting for the chicken. Finally chicken arrived, cooked to perfection. Received the bill with the full amount, sent bill back and asked for the manager, received new bill with the cornish hen cost removed paid and left. Advertised as fine dinning with prices to match, but doesn't live up to the claim.

Friendly staff. My server was perhaps inexperienced but sincere. Too much sugar in the butter and the salad dressing. The whole placed seemed a bit corporate, but not a bad experience.

Please try this restaurantt. It is really, really good. It is in kind of a not so cool venue but he food, service, atmosphere is great. It is nice and quiet so I suppose if crowds come the noise level will increase but that's OK because all the other things about this dining experience are good enough to make up for it.

Great neighborhood gem tucked away in the Doubletree hotel. We were impressed with the food and service.

We were very, very disappointed . I never had a worst meal. My husbands scallops were mediocre, but my "Special" was not edible. Swimming in sauce and no flavor.We asked several times if this was their regular chef and were told it was. No apologies were made. The service was very nice and we felt sorry for the young woman having to serve such substandard food. A place to avoid!

Most hotel restaurants are mediocre at best and rip-offs at worst. The Willows was mostly a pleasant surprise. Any meal that starts with a fresh pop-over usually can't be that bad. They serve one with a dish of sweet butter and one of salted butter. Stick with the salted - or maybe a herb infused? The French Onion soup was appropriately done, but it was the first time that there wasn't some melted cheese spilling over the sides (my favorite part, actually). It was a tidy presentation. The individual paella was again, plated beautifully, but didn't have that traditional crust on the bottom of the plated rice. All the seafood was cooked well and had a nice spice level. The highlight was the chocolate martini - the best one I have ever had. Not too rich, not too sweet - perfect blend. Paired with cherry cobbler, it's close to dessert perfection. It does get loud when the restaurant is full but the waitstaff are pleasant and knowledgeable. If I found myself there again, I wouldn't complain.
