   Sirloin mostly charred on outside. Excellent fries. Good drinks. Nice restaurant inside, however we picked a busy Saturday night and it was extremely loud until it started to clear out some.

   Excellent service, really just a few comments for things we had happen, the 3 bottled beers each of the guys ordered was warm so they ended up ordering higher priced mixed drinks on top of paying for the beers. Food was pretty good overall, with the breads a little excessively charred on the appetizers. I Understand it is a wood fire grill but some pieces were too done for our liking for sure. Steaks were excellently prepared and flavored with side portions being a little skimpy considering the price of the entree and the actual cost of potatoes. We felt that could be a little more generous. Group faves were the Mac and Cheese entree with burnt ends, Mussels appetizer, shrimp scampi pizza, and the Favorite drink of the night was the Derby.

   Restaurant had a great atmosphere and food was tasty. Service was punctual but not particularly friendly. May return, but probably not anytime soon.

   Brunch was so great and our server, Steven, superb! I have a food allergy and he not only assured me they take food allergies seriously, he showed me how they keep their food safe. There is a ticket filled out for allergies that requires a manager sign-off after reviewing the food. I am so impressed!

   The taste of the food and the presentation and the pace of the meal was generally good. The one exception was the lukewarm coffee we had with dessert. Our server was a very pleasant young lady, but lacked attentiveness and focus. For example she neglected to ask if anyone needed sweetener or creamer when taking our order for coffee and dessert. When she served the coffee she did not bring sweetener or creamer to the table. After we asked for sugar she brought it promptly, but neglected to bring a spoon. When dessert was served she did not bring any forks.

   This is our second time to Timber. The first time was amazing. This time was amazing. The ambiance is great (we dressed up for a date night without kids but there were kids there and others not dressed up which was no problem). The food is excellent. We had a mussel appetizer and a gnocchi with shrimp dinner. Also, a Scallop dinner. We followed it with a Gooey Lemon Butter cake desert and everything was delicious. The service is wonderful, too. They help with suggestions and are quick to refill glasses and bring out the dishes in a timely fashion. We absolutely love it here!

    Food was great but service was 👎🏽. Servers are just rude. Hosts in the front were fine.
