Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs.
Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. Dining at Timber brings an experience both classic and innovative. Come eat and drink with us as you watch our fireflies dance above the wood-fired grill.

The only problem I had was the wait time. Other than that, this was a very nice place to eat!

We enjoyed our first visit, but on Valentine’s Day they cut the menu way down so we were not able to eat what we really wanted. The service was great, the food was good. The cocktails were extremely overpriced for what you get.

Very good experience — however, this is the second time that the open table app has showed an inaccurate menu for me. This is incredibly misleading and should always be kept up to date as most people like to look at the menu before going somewhere.

The food and service were the best my wife and I have ever had. We didn’t expect the Valentine’s Day pricing or special menu but it was definitely worth it!

The food choices were varied. I had the cedar plank salmon and my husband had the wild mushroom crusted filet medallions. They both were fantastic and tasty. The potatoes were a bit overcooked and pastie, but still good. We had the Black Forest cake which was delicious. Our waitress was perfect!!

We had an outstanding experience! Waitress was attentive but not busy, food was plentiful and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the filet medallions, blackened chicken and chicken schnitzel. We were all happy with our choices.

We had a good experience at Timber until my husband had a cross contamination with shellfish while eating a filet. If you have an allergy, make sure to mention it here because they cook steak on the same grill as shrimp and lobster.

We had a table for six. Justin took good care of us and was familiar with the menu. He was also personable but not intrusive. We sat in the back behind the curtain which allowed us to talk without yelling over the other guests. The courses came out timely, flavorful, and nice presentation. We really enjoyed ourselves and the price was reasonable.

This was our very first visit, but it won't be our last. The variety of menu options was wonderful. Everyone said their entrees were delicious. The only negative on the food was the shrimp/crab cakes. They were very mushy without much flavor. There was a little confusion as to which waitress had our table, but it didn't impact the service.

Table right by front door. Noise level was ridiculous. Three of us ordered pizza and it was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted and crust was crispy outer edge but limp and doughy - not cooked - in middle. Expensive for amount of food. Wings were good but weren’t smoked or wood fire.

We had a wonderful waitress..who tried to cool the space by turning 2 fireplaces off. It was too hot for us..I was uncomfortable from the heat. The room had no ventilation to cool down.
Generally the food items were delicious...but the pasta kids meal was very soggy and soaked in butter. The kids would not eat it( ordered 3 of them)
Thank you for your service.

The most noticeable factor was that the restaurant was LOUD. As in not at all as advertised on Open Table (good for dates and cozy). If you go here for a date, you may want to opt for bar seating (side by side) or in the back. We were seated at a two-top right by the door/front desk. Not very date-ish.

Service was good, even though our server dumped an entire glass of water on me. Fortunately, I was not wearing any dry clean only. Also fortunate it was just water. Kind of disappointed that we were not offered anything as a gesture, such as a desert or a comp on one of our bar drinks.

The food was good overall. Definitely get the focaccia and the artichoke dip. My duck was a little overcooked but not horribly so. Flavors were excellent.

Went for happy hour. Drinks were done, and expected. Food was disappointing. Charcuterie board (warm board) was disappointing. The meats were minimal and tasted too processed. I know firing everything is their thing, but this would have been better with better quality meat uncooked. In addition, better selection/quantity of meats needed for cost. Wings were of good quality/size, but needed cooked a little longer. We had the meatballs, but since I did not try them, I cannot comment on quality.

When we first showed up, our waiter acted like he would have rather been anywhere else in the world, but finally warmed up a little at end of meal. Not sure if this was just the "be nice at tip time" move, or true service improvement.

Finally, the restaurant did not check me in and I got a "you did not show up for reservation" from open table. Not sure why this happened since they were not busy when we checked in. But a troubling oversight none the less.

I used to live in the neighborhood before Timber Woodfire was in Countryside Village.
It was truly a delicious brunch. We received an appetizer of sorts which was a cinnamon roll that had been pre-fried. It was delicious. I had waffle with berries, which was also delicious as was my husband's egg dish. Both entrees were better than ever tasted elsewhere. The waffles were almost too sweet, but I didn't leave any on my plate.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered the salmon and waiter laughed at me when he asked about how to cook it. I’ve never been asked about color of salmon. Also, I assumed we would receive bread or something. Nothing. No salad ... nothing. Wasn’t asked either. Then he never came back to table. Someone from kitchen brought food and was good but very small portion for price. I will never come here again or recommend.

It was a pleasant dining atmosphere and good service. The food was average. Was expecting a little better. My husband had chicken he said it didn’t have a lot of flavor and was just a big piece of chicken very few veggies with it. I had the fillet which came in slices and was on very thin mashedPotatoes that had something crunchy in them. I had three baby carrots for a veggie. The filet was tender and tasty but I would’ve much preferred a more traditional cut.

New Years Eve. So I get that they were busier than normal and we took that into consideration. 4 of us and the kitchen messed up our salads as one of us didn’t want Blue Cheese and another had the wrong dressing. Entrees were also messed up as one fillet was potato crusted and another was blue cheese crusted however we couldn’t just switch plates bcus one ordered Med and the other was Med Rare. Pork tenderloin was raw in center- not pink almost rare but definitely rare. Asked server and she had manager come over at that point and said it was fine to eat but we didn’t want to risk it, also the Wagyu beef that was ordered Med Rare was very rare and chewy. Not Wagyu so don’t sell it as such. Bummed about the experience. Want to try one of their pizzas sometime but I don’t know if I can talk my hubby into it.

I didn't love the Timber fries. The thinly sliced salami tasted tinny. The fries would be great with just the crunchy mushrooms, Cordon blue cheese sauce and chive cream.

Our service was extremely slow when we got there. We had made reservations so we knew we were expected. It took us all of 30+ minutes to get drinks including water. We were finally advised that our server was pulling double sections which attributed to our delay. It would have been nice if the manager acknowledged because it was really frustrating for our party of 10 and it was obviously very stressful for our server, John. Once John was free from the other section he was great and it's because of him that I gave this place a thumbs up.
However, very disappointed in the upper management addressing our needs.

We went to Timber for brunch on a Sunday morning. Waiter and staff were friendly, knew the menu well. Ordered steak and eggs and the everything bagel, both were fantastic! Went at 11am and it was not crowded, by the time we left around 12:30 the place had filled up. We will definitely be back to try the pizza and more dinner options.
