Here for my birthday. Unfortunately the impending snow storm put a slight damper on things. Enjoyed the pre dinner drinks in front of the fire. We were told we’d have to sit in the bar area since they weren’t expecting too many people because of the weather. As it turned out more people arrived and were seated out in the dining room after all. The oysters were great as was the oyster stew and hushpuppies. No duck confit sliders so we opted for the substitute which was beef. They were ok. Crème brûlée was nice. Service was satisfactory not bad but not great either. Definitely recommend for the oysters alone.

Service was slower than usual. They are normally very good with that. Not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on.

We had visited a couple years ago for crabs and oysters, and repeated that meal again. It was perfect and nice to sit there cracking crabs as the sky changed colors in the evening, over the water.

Because of a wedding reception, seating was limited. However, we arrived over an hour early for out dinner and we were seated immediately.

Came by boat to Tickler's. Had not been since it was Harrison's a few years ago. Absolutely gem of a restaurant. Great venue, ambiance, delicious food, creative craft cocktails. Docking was easy and plenty of spaces. Liz, our server was excellent and attentive. Have already recommended to several people. We will be back.

Sadly, we wanted this dinner to be nice. Starter courses came after main plates. Ribs seemed have been steamed or boiled. Server wasn’t concerned with how everything seemed wrong. We have tried to like this place, but it is dead to us now.
