My experience at the Three Muses deserves mention. Upon entering this place I noted the amount of people in the Three Muses was very low, maybe 15 people total on a very busy night. I walked up to the bar and ordered a drink. When I receiving the drink, I took a sip and remarked to the bartender that the drink was great, she said “why wouldn’t it be?” Odd response. I turned to the music, as the band was very good. When the person next to me ordered a drink, I noted some ingredients that I like and asked this same bartender what the drink was called, she glared at me saying nothing. She reached down, grabbed a drink menu and tossed it at me. I was shocked. I was trying to imagine what I could have done to make this woman so unkind towards me. The straw that broke the camel’s back was this- As I was quickly drinking my one and only drink, I asked very nicely “Sweet heart, could you please give me a glass of water, when it is Convenient” I was being sincere. The water never came. I paid my bill and began to leave. When I asked about the water she stated with a stern look in her eyes. “You said ‘when it was convenient“ and then sneered at me. Upon leaving, I could not find one single employee who would tell me Miss Happy’s name. I have never been in a restaurant or bar in my life where every employee was in fear of revealing a person’s name. They all said things like “Why not ask her?” “Why do you need to know?” She is a heavyset blonde-haired woman, with pale skin and tattoos up and down both arms. If you own the Three Muses and you are wondering why your sales numbers do not compare to the other bars on Frenchman, she is working at your bar. I will never come back here and will recommend people avoid this place. Your entire staff knows this is occurring, regularly, and they are enabling this person. It is clear she needs therapy and should not be customer facing. As a Christian, I will pray for her, she needs it.

Once again, Three Muses never disappoints. I always stop by when I am in town, whether business or pleasure. the cocktails are always amazing and the menu is always fresh and tasty. The smaller plates make it easy to share and try everything and the well-marked menu makes it easy for diners with food issues. I am gluten free and have always been able to find plenty to eat! And it's all good - unlike some places, where GF is an afterthought. Plus, the local music is always amazing and the service is top notch. Just go.

Overall very good experience. Seating was a bit tight, as we ended up crammed into a corner next to a group of 8. Aside from that, food and service were great, and the live music were very nice as well.

Three Muses is a Frenchmen Street gem that always has live music that's just as good as it's food. Absolutely wonderful place to have a meal.

Nice place to listen to music and enjoy small plates. The menu is not extensive but we all ordered a variety and ate family style. It did get crowded and loud but the vibe was very laid back and the location is in the heart of the Marigny there were lots of bars that had live music that we enjoyed after dinner all on the same street

Hubby and I went to NOLA on a whim. Did a shout out on my FB and asked where we should go. This was a recommendation! Glad we went! Listened to 2 different musical groups - enjoyed both! Had a grapefruit infused champagne, we shared a meat/cheese sampler, salad and macaroni and cheese! Mac and cheese is A MUST!!! Everything we had was good! We were sitting next to the stage so it was louder but not unbareable! Nice evening and surely recommend!

Music was great!!! Very intimate setting. Drinks, not so good. ( got a vodka tonic with a splash of lemon aid and they charged extra for that! 50 cents Who does that??) Food nothing exceptional. Once again Mia Borders was fantastic, and a very fun performer!!

We dined at Three Muses last Monday night. It is a cute little place! We enjoyed everything we ordered... marinated olives, tempura shrimp, dates, and fish tacos. Everything had very good flavor and the portions were perfect for a small plate restaurant. As an added bonus, the performer that evening was one of our favorites, Mia Borders. Such a fun night! I would definitely return the next time we are in New Orleans.
