We went to the three falcons to celebrate my birthday. I have to say it’s just ok. It’s literally a pub so although I’d dressed up a bit for my birthday I shouldn’t have bothered, although the website states ‘smart casual’. The waitress who served us needs more training- she told me they had run out of pink gin but later another waiter served me pink gin. She also did not understand my husband’s order of rekorderlig; he had to repeat himself a number of times, she then looked it up on her phone. She then told us to order our starters and main at the same time as the kitchen was busy but there was only another couple in the restaurant. All of the food then came at the same time which we had not wanted- this meant our mains were sitting on the table getting cold whilst we ate our starter. The food was nice but there are plenty of Indian restaurants that serve food this nice.

From the greeting as a we arrived to the farewell at the end of the evening, the service was a delight. Helpful, friendly, polite, perfect! We had a few questions about he menu, which was refreshing as it included dishes we were not familiar with and a limited selection, which proved to be a victory for quality over quantity. The starters were especially satisfying - so many flavours in what appeared to be fairly straightforward dishes, we could have dined on a table full of the full range. The only small dissatisfaction was that the butter chicken was not quite as mild as described , but delicious nonetheless. The establishment describes itself as a craft beer pub, but the beer selection was a disappointment. Beavertown may qualify as ‘craft’, if you squint a bit, otherwise a pretty standard pub offering. The other minor irritation was the noise, partly caused by loud music and partly by the set up of tables so close together that any movement was a bit tricky, not least for the staff. Deapite these exceptions, the food, service and overall vibe were so positive that I warmly recommend The Three Falcons. Very happy to have accepted a friend’s recommendation and pass it on to others!

This place is a gem in London! You must try it if you’re in the city. The staff are awesome, so kind and attentive. And the food is really really good. Some unique but flavourful dishes- so many things to try! It’s our second time dining here and it won’t be our last. We were able to meet the chef as well and he was just a pleasure to talk to. Must try if you’re looking for quality, delicious Indian food!

The restaurant is positioned in a place where parking is impossible to find. The seating is adequate and the interior is dull. Service is poor, non attentive and you practically have to ask for things they forget to bring. Waiting staff are not friendly/ happy and you feel like you are an imposition, rather than happy you are attending their establishment. They had a band but way too loud for enjoying company with others. The food itself isn’t too bad, but not anything spectacular for the amount charged. The ambience was poor and just felt like no investment is made for the customer, the overall experience was poor and that’s why it is rate 2 stars which is about right. Having been to lots of restaurants, pubs etc this one isn’t special and any ratings higher than 2 stars would be from patrons who aren’t well travelled and frankly have no understanding of customer service and good quality.

Lovely clean and tidy (toilets exceptionally clean) welcomed with a smile. Choice of beers on the bar as well as the 2 for 1 cocktails was excellent. We ordered way to much but glad we did as everything put in front of us was different class Make sure you try the saag paneer it’s the best I’ve ever had
