Steaks were great, kids menu is much larger than other restaurants and the wait staff were fantastic.

Early Father's Day celebration with my sone and his family. We had 2 1/2 yr old and 3. most baby and were grateful for the quiet large table we were seated at. Had great dinner and terrific service!

Three Bulls in one of our very favorites and we're never disappointed. We took our 93 year old dad for his birthday and it was a great experience for all of us. The server noted his Korean Vet ballcap and thanked him for his service in an authentic way. We had a great time and always recommend this restaurant. The only thing that would make it more perfect is if the noise level was slightly less but it's such a popular place the buzz is there.

Great Service, we had a reservation but decided to eat at the bar. Prime Rib was delicious cooked to a perfect medium rare. We will be regulars.

We came here to celebrate a family members birthday. This was my 4th time at this restaurant. I firmly believe that you can’t form an opinion after just 1 visit. This is why I’ve waited to write a review. We initially made reservations for 7 people and I realized we would have a party of 10 approximately 4 hours before our seating time. I called the restaurant to update our headcount and apologize for my mistake. A younger girl answered the phone and immediately said she couldn’t update the reservation. I explained that we were still coming and she said well that will make us “overbooked”. I asked if that meant we would just have to wait a little longer? She stammered and stuttered and eventually said yes and hung up. We arrived and waited about 30 minutes past our seating time. We didn’t mind. When we were being escorted to our table, a lady noticed we had a birthday cake. She almost seemed annoyed and asked a member of our party if she was familiar with their cake cutting fee. Apparently they charge an additional $1 per person if you bring a cake. They never cut it. We did. They just brought out the plates and knife. Our server was great. He did an excellent job. The food arrived quickly. The starters were mediocre at best. The salad was delicious per usual. The entrees received mixed emotions from our crowd. With this being a steakhouse we had high expectations for the prime rib and steaks we ordered. They were cooked perfectly, but very bland in flavor. Definitely not worth the price you pay. Texas Roadhouse has a more flavorful steak for less. The meat quality was great, but overshadowed by blandness. Overall experience is as follows..Snobby service from host staff and management. Bland overpriced food. Great server. Won’t return.

It was a lousy experience to be honest. The $180.00 we spent on our family of five for Mother’s Day didn’t feel worth it. Wish we stayed home and cooked a tastier, less expensive, and more entertaining meal. From the start our server felt rude and carefree… he said to my husband “give me that”… in reference to the menu so he could quietly read off the specials. At one point my husband mentioned getting the brownie for dessert and he chimed in and said he didn’t think they made it anymore.. went to check and came back and interrupted my husbands conversation with the kids … mentioning some chocolate lava cake thing … as he was explaining to our children the server said “oh I don’t like that.. it’s not good.. it’s like gluten free”… so ice cream it was. By the end of the meal he literally yawned while talking to use mid sentence. So the service… probably the worst we’ve had. Now food, the cheese fries appetizer had a genuine layer of straight oil! I mean the entire bottom of the plate… which made the fries soggy. The ribeyes absolutely not worth the $40 each. Incredibly thin for 12 oz… didn’t seem right… and just no flavor, no good grill marks like you’d expect from a juicy steak. The kids sirloin was sorry looking… and my daughter’s terryaki sirloin … not good. The chicken tender weren’t fresh which is disappointing from a restaurant of this price range but probably the best looking thing we ordered. The crème brûlée was good.. but I’ve had better and the consistency was off. Overall, save your time and money.. in all sincerity… not worth it. It wasn’t even like extra crowded for Mother’s Day either… a normal Tuesday at Texas Roadhouse would be busier than here so there’s no excuse for the service and food. It’s a shame because they’re affiliated with Fratellis so now we’re questioning going there now. Not trying to be a bunch of complainers but there are such better restaurants in Winston Salem with better food, quality, and service. Also it was FREEZING!

The food was top notch Will definitely be back sooner than later! I had the chicken Parmesan and my boyfriend had the sirloin steak with asparagus. Also the house salad was one of the best I’ve ever tasted!
