   We were sat upon entering and hostess was very friendly as was a hotel employee. Our server was friendly as well but didn’t let us know she was going on break and she nor anyone else came to check on us. When we got another servers attention he did take care of us but then brought our bill without asking if we wanted anything else, which we did. The food was not that tasty. I had the waffle and chicken.

   Juan is an asset to the restaurant service at this hotel. He was personable, provided good information, helpful suggestions and professional service seating us and taking our orders. Then he was called to bartend and the service went downhill, the food was lackluster and did not conform to our requests. As a small hotel lobby restaurant, I kept asking why we had to make a reservation? This was not fine dining! As it happened and schedules allowed, we had three food service occasions at this restaurant: afternoon snack that was wonderful but served slowly; this dinner; and breakfast which was on par with dinner. The hummus plate is a delight. Ask for extra pita. Otherwise, skip the restaurant altogether.

   They understaffed the kitchen on a Friday night with a big show at rosemont theater. Ordered food (small plates - nothing difficult to prep) and hadn’t been served 45 minutes later. Ended up cancelling the order and getting fast food so we could make our show. Having to pay $25 for parking was just more salt in the wound. Won’t go back.

   We came here before seeing Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. It really has the feel of an airport lounge rather than a restaurant. The service was really poor. We waited 1 hour for our food. The server never checked in on us during that time. I got the pappardelle and my husband got the avocado toast and bao buns. Food is mediocre and it's expensive. I will not go again.

   In looking at the menu online i was very excited to try this place. I ordered the shrimp tacos and asked for no onion. It was shrimp on a tortilla with a side of sauce, no toppings. The shrimp mac and cheese weren't bad. Drinks were tasty but the service was horrible. There weren't that many people in the restaurant which is really just the lobby of the hotel. So, I'm not sure why it took us so long to get our food or even see the bartender very often.

    Loved the Bao bun but burger and bread for humus were a little greasy. Beat salad was very good. Wait staff were friendly.

    First time here. Would come back. Cocktails your excellent. Food was very good, however our pasta dish was supposed to have goat cheese in it and there was none. Kept eating it thinking we would find some, but there was none. Server said new menu items, so it was somehow missed.

    Great food - but expensive. $20 for a burger! The $18 chicken sandwich was amazing though! Medi platter was also on point. It was loud, with a (good and talented) guitar player and conversations going over the music. Very nice, modern decor.

    Celebrated a few birthdays for brunch and absolutely loved it. Easy parking, beautiful new contemporary decor. Excellent service and the food was delicious and priced right. Great experience from start to finish Will definitely come again.

    The decor is fantastic - you feel like you're in an expensive place. But the prices aren't bad. The food was excellent. I was reluctant to go to a restaurant in a hotel but you shouldn't let that stop you. Will go back.

    Service was great, mimosas were yummy and a great pour, avocado toast and the sourdough sandwich were yummy with perfectly cooked over medium eggs. We will be back!

    Good food and drinks. Waiters were very nice and helpful. Only complaint was it took 2 hours from sitting down to getting the check. VERY slow service. We were going to a show and I finally had to go to the bar and ask for the check. Otherwise it was a nice time.

    The restaurant/lounge is actually right off the lobby of the Rose Hotel. It is a modern, open area setting. Full bar and nice cocktails. The menu had a decent selection of brunch and lunch options.

    Service was very slow. Some of us asked for items on the side or removed and they weren’t. Items were substituted without asking. My food was so bland. No salt, no seasoning. Great company, disappointing meal.

    The waitress didn’t write down our order. I even said, “you don’t get an award for getting it right if you don’t write it down.” She ended up getting the order wrong. Completely wrong. I had to send back the omelette.

    I was surprised that the restaurant is actually housed in the lobby of the hotel. There is a private room for events, but your to the side of the front desk. Service was wonderful, everyone attended to us timely and were incredibly pleasant. The hummus with chorizo is amazing! Our group loved the drinks and starters. If you’re in the area, I’d stop by for drinks.
