   Servers were frantically busy. There were 7 dirty tables that nobody had time to bus. There was no food runner so food was not hot. Usually when there is a manager and they’re up getting the food together, they run the food as it becomes available. Last night‘s manager stood there where the food comes up and move the plates from front to back repeatedly, trying to keep them warm when she could have utilized her energy and helped the service more by actually running the food as other managers do. She is definitely not a team player. I was sitting right by where she stood and could witness the entire time that rarely did she ever bring the food to the tables, and the servers desperately needed the help.

   Had a pleasant dinner at MillCreek with Matt as our server. He was very cool and polite. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience a good one!

   Excellent service from Jackie as usual+++Wait for the food was a little longer than usual, but the restaurant was very busy and Jackie kept our coffee cups full and all was very good once our meals arrived. We enjoy our brunch visits and hope that the menu can be expanded a bit in the future. Perhaps a feature item each month to make it a bit different.

   Had a 50 dollar food comp, which almost covered our meals. Service and food was excellent as always. Thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary iced buns. Ambiance, however, is not their strength, but this did not take anything away from the dining experience. Previously, they have had music during brunch hours which was pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   The Brussel sprouts were dry and overcooked,the filet was dry,the calamari was good along with the rolls,the ribs were excellent, overall for the price it was ok ,but I expected a steak house to get the steak right especially a filet. The server was nice but not around to say anything. Restaurant was not busy either. Noise level was low so you could have a conversation easily. Overall it's was ok,but I'll think again before making a decision to eat there, the one kitchen at the other end offers better value and the food is always on point.

   Could not have asked for a better server! Giles was most friendly, most knowledgeable on best way to order our meal, timely and attentive without being a bother. Great time great meal!!+

   Our server Matt did a excellent job. We had the Filet it was delicious along with Brussel sprouts, Baked potatoes . We would Love to come back.

   My coffee cup was dirty , but I didn’t say anything. I didn’t want to ruin my date. Everything else was great. The waitresses was very attentive.

    Millcreek Grille has a new menu with fewer items as before, the arrival of our food took longer, and I had to return my food three times because the food was heavily salted and could not eat. Our server Ashley, I think that was her name was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!
