   Excellent service and quality of food. Since they opened a year or so ago, they have made vast improvements will be going back very soon.

   We’ve been to THE SMOKE in Collingwood very often. We decided for our anniversary to spend it in Vaughn. The service was terrible, did not get refills in drinks, waitress spent more time on her phone than she did serving us. We were not offered desert, we asked for a takeout container and was given nothing, the waitress was too busy texting to ask us how our meal was. The food was no where near the quality of the location in Collingwood. The pulled pork was water logged fat. The wings were under cooked. The macaroni was dripping wet, not cheesy... maybe it was miscrowaved? We will be back to the Collingwood location, but never Vaughn

   Solidly good bbq, casual bar atmosphere with a modest selection of craft beer. Would happily return.

   Very pricey for smallish portions. Platter I ordered was described as 1/3 rack of ribs, and was the thin edge of the rack and only 3 bones. 1/4 rack at most. Brisket was dry, but the sauces were great and brought the meat "back to life." Nice place, but much better options out there for quality BBQ. Don't know if I would go back.

   The service was very slow. After 15 minutes, we had to ask for someone to take our order. Then after sitting around with all our dirty plates in front of us, we had to track someone down to ask for the bill. The food was just there, nothing exciting on the menu and flavours were muted. Short of the sauce, I really couldn't taste much on the plate. The cornbread was completely lack lustre. I don't get it. It is not that hard to spice, sweeten or just add texture. Nothing was there.

   Great find! Didn't know this place existed until I searched BBQ in Vaughan. Had the Smoke platter with ribs, brisket and wings. Really great food. Will definitely be back.

   the ribs were good (not the best i've ever had but definitely good). they had a lot of different sauces to try, and the hot sauce was great. it had this boozy taste to it with a creeper slow heat. i called it the ninja sauce because the spiciness really sneaks up on you. we tried the sampler, which had pulled pork, ribs, and brisket, with fries and beans. fries are homecut, and beans had this tangy tomatoness to them, which is nice because a lot of places that have beans really taste like they opened a can of heinz. smoke's beans definitely tasted different from canned beans. atmosphere was pretty cool. service was top notch; staff very friendly. i cannot comment on the booze as i didn't have any. price was also very reasonable.
