Join us for a flavorful evening in the courtyard with acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and author William Dissen. From 6:00–7:00 PM, Chef William will be on-site for a live cooking demonstration featuring signature dishes from his new book — Thoughtful Cooking. This demo will include guest favorites like Hot Honey Zucchini Fritters and a perfectly seared Rib Eye. Sip on refreshing cocktail pairings. Following the demo and cocktail tasting, guests are invited to enjoy a 3-course prix-fixe dinner curated by our team, featuring select items inspired by the cookbook. Choose from seasonal apps, entrées, and desserts — with two options per course, crafted just for the evening.
